  I have been a Client of Car care clinic for many many years. I went to have an Oil Change. My car started acting up so I asked a friend to look at my car. It was 2 quarts of oil too much & the Radiator was bone dry. I called the place and spk w ****, the manager. I told him the ***** ***** *** working there was the one that took care of my car. Told him about everything and told him I would not be back at this Car Care Clinic & maybe not use any Car Care Clinic again. All ****, the manager had to say was " that he was sorry about that". He didn't offer any resolution nor did he say, he was going to talk w the Technician about this situation. They are to top off all fluids. This just shows that these people don't care about their customers at all and it shows that the tech didn't check the amount of oil in my car after he was right before being done. How hard is an Oil Change!!! It's not hard at all..

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went and got a oil change there Sat., Nov. 19, 2022. I had been going there for months up until this point. I will never do business there again. The guy that changed my oil broke a part under my car and lost my screws. I called and went back to the place. The guy tried to convince me that it had been broke for a while and I know for a fact that he guy that changed my oil that day broke it and lost my screws that hold the part up. I asked to speak to a manager and he was no better. His name was ******* and he looked like a broke down ** *****. I got a very prejudice vibe off him and the guy that told me that he was in the pit on Sat. and changed my oil. He was not friendly and he didnt seem to care. ******* basically admitted that the guy did do that to my car. He said that it happens there all the time and they just put zip ties on every body stuff and patch it up. I couldnt believe he said that. Then he told me if I go buy the parts that they would put it on for free. But if yall messed it up and broke it and lost my push pins shouldn't you all be responsible for it? Very bad business and unprofessional. I will never take my car there again. I have already notified my family, friends and every one I know that do business there. I dont want them tearing up anyone else stuff. They are very rude, careless, no people skills and need extra training. The whole **** place need to go outbof business. I am going to get the word out about that place. They are some low down dirty dogs. They taking people money but tearing up their cars in the process and then patching stuff up. I pray that place never make another penny and they be forced to close down for good. I pray that they never prosper. I pray that times get so hard for them that they have to beg for work. They are low down and disgusting liars. I wont spend another penny in that ******* *** place.
