  Extractions performed by ****************************** Spur removal by ********************************* Ive had a horrible experience. It began in march when I had my teeth extracted. I arrived ready and expecting to be taken care of. Waited about an hour in waiting room which was ok. Got in the back and was told the dentist wasnt there and his flight was delayed the day before. This is the first Ive heard of it, I was upset, and my husband as we both had to pull a lot of strings for time off work and for babysitters. Shouldve took it as a sign. But I didnt. I got the appointment rescheduled with a $500 discount and had them extracted. It went as expected, got home, began healing. Day 3 I had shards coming out which I didnt know was a thing as I received zero patient education and was literally wheeled out the back door with a bag of gauze and ill fitting dentures SHOVED and painfully placed in my mouth. Fast forward a month or so and Ive had to go back 3-4 times to adjust them bc they are incredibly ill fitting, and I was told I had a thousand dollar balance each time and wouldnt say for what or anything and the rude woman up front wouldnt give any insight. I refused bc I paid up front in full and receipts. Still the dentures dont fit, now they dont take walk ins, they will not answer the phones for anything, do not return calls. Nothing. So now Im here stuck with not a single tooth in my head, horribly painful, ugly, crooked, non fitting dentures, bone spurs GALORE, huge hard lumps on my gums, and a chunk cut out of my bottom jaw from a spur all that I cant get any help with no matter what I do and to top it off Im out $$$$ and stuck paying payments through the finance company. Ive been more than nice and patient. Im done with that so in short thanks for nothing but deformity, neglect, and c*** customer service. Maybe this review will get me a call back.

  My dentures wasn’t made properly. I reached out to management numerous of times about making a partial replacement that I can wear due to I have paid my money. I still haven’t received any satisfaction.
