      This place is horrible. I borrowed from them and then covid hit. They refused to work with me on payment options. They are *** garnishing my paycheck. They have collected 3xs what I borrowed. They are a scam.

      My review of the account in question does not reveal any wrong-doing by Tower. If an account is referred to a collection attorney, there are additional fees that are incurred as allowed by the loan note and or judgment rendered.

      I been receiving these checks often i just throw them out the interest rate is ridiculous i seen all these reviews and most say they come knock on your door , that wouldn't be healthy on their part especially on my owned property, i don't trust companies that just send a check in the mail saying if you cash it we own you ill ;pass on them I appreciate the reviews sorry to hear about your issues with this company. And if you respond Tower loans be advised im not obligated to you and never will be shame on you for trapping people having a hard time.

      Tower provides the required statutory language in order for individuals to remove themselves for receiving firm offers of credit in its mailings. It would be my recommendation Mr. ****** simply follow this process to avoid receiving future firm offers of credit.

      I was harassed when I was in the hospital with an aneurysm. Then I finally got call to make arrangements they told me owed $997 then they file a garnishment for ********. They are scammers. I did not need the stress.

      Someone gave this company my name as a reference and now they badger me every day. I have never done business with this company, and I never will. If anyone knows how to get these monsters to leave me alone, any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Mr. ******** our policy is to remove a reference when advised they no longer wish to be contacted. I recommend either answering the call and telling the associate you would like your name removed.

      The manager ***** was extremely unprofessional to her staff belittling them in front of customers when a private conversation should have been held in an office behind a closed door. ***** also made statements about another customer in front of other potential customers that borderline discrimination and profiling which is highly inappropriate and illegal. When the customer explained their employers policy on how they couldnt email outside of their corporation and would need to obtain the documents needed and will come back, the manager ***** spoke about the customers to others in front of other customers in a rude fashion.

      The complainant is not a customer. The issue in question was handled properly and there was no wrong-doing whatsoever by Tower. It seems the complainant is simply disappointed by Tower's credit decision.

      Not behind on my loan they are coming to my home, harassing calls 10 times a day. Harras other members of my family by calling multiple times a day . . **************** ***** I calked to pay a payment 2 days late harrasment again . Caused me out after harrasment all day hangs up on me twice would not take my payment. Finally took my payment and started yelling at me playing the victim after they upset me . Hung up again did not verify it it took my payment . Women said she wasn't apologizing for nothing . The place has tons of complaints and still nothing gets done . Expect me sueing soon for harrasment at ur house . They will harrase u than call to be nice to give more money . Obviously they don't need the payment that bad .

      In general, when an account becomes past due and there are not approved payment arrangements in place, Tower will attempt to contact a customer using their primary number number. If calls to that number are not returned and the account continues to be past due, then Tower may attempt other methods of contact. It is my experience that the majority of payment issue are resolved when the customer is proactive and contacts ********************** to discuss their individual situation.

      Im writing this stating that when asking to speak the *******, it seemed his ******* was in the same office buildingthe first ******* I spoke to cussed at me and spoke of legal action right out the doorI spoke to the second *******..who just as cocky..told him about the first guys actions..acted as though it was nothin..we came up with a payment arrangement..but upon terminating the call I asked to speak with his *******..because I wanted to inform someone else of his misactions..and he told me no,, absolutely not..I cant get anywherethis is highly unprofessional..I told him if the first ******* ever called me again I would file harassment..still not being able to speak with a higher up is ridiculous

      Mr. ***** spoke with Tower's Area Supervisor at approximately 3pm yesterday. An Area Supervisor at Tower has operational jurisdiction over all of their branches. It appears Mr. ***** was not satisfied with our Area Supervisor's decisions regarding his account, which are final. My review concludes there was no inappropriate actions by Tower.

      They are great when you are great but if you miss a payment they are like stalkers and aren't afraid to show up at your door and harass your kids. They aren't afraid to call you repeatedly at work even if you request they don't. They aren't afraid to call your family members or call you 15 times in a row repeatedly until you answer. Is this even legal? I think they should pay me for the stress.

      Tower policy is to attempt to work with any customer that is experiencing temporary difficulties. ********* in this process is an active two-way line of communication. In this case, my review reveals that only Tower is attempting to resolve the issue.

      I am just going to very honest about this review with Tower Loan. I signed the paperwork for my loan in 2023 around ***** started experiencing financial hardship while paying 168 monthly payment to my account that they stated they didn't receive but I was looking at my account and it was taken out. I contacted them to see if I could get my payments lowered or pay them in half because they had to be sent in between the 4th and 15th. So a few months after and fell behind on another bill. I was offered to renew the loan in December of 2023 which was perfect for the time of year under the Manager ***** S/W ******* Branch (who no longer works with the company as she was terminated). I was told over the phone that the renewal would allow me space and time until Feb 2024 which at the time was fine but of course life has no blue print. In the midst of signing my sanity away she said my payments are now $197 I didn't know my payments would increase you never said that they would increase I was looking to decrease" and mind you I had already started signing these papers half way through. So for my first Feb 2024 payment I wasn't able to make it. Fast forward I am only 9 months in on my renewed loan and currently playing catch up. Life's hardships have increased everything's HIGH and so is my bill I'm in on about 4 thousand dollars due and as of today $699 behind and most of these payments were because of my health and not being able to work to even make the payments. I recently just made a payment in August which was put towards a missed payment. September I was out sick on bedrest not working at all I have done a deferral for payment and nothing else is helping I can't afford twice a month payments which I started doing but it was hard. I told them today I could bring a payment on the 17th from my check but she wants it by the 14th and I don't have anyone else I can borrow from to secure this payment so after that I'm sure they'll send me in for garnishment. I'm depressed.
