Terrible place to purchase anything. I bought something off their website costed around 500 dollars and was told 5-7 days to ship. Received a text saying it was delivered and when I get there, come to find out it wasnt and they never contacted the distributor till the date they said it was supposed to arrive. Just terrible business and horrendous customer service/ communication.

Due to the ********* outage that caused global business disruptions, our distributor experienced delays in processing orders from dealers' websites. We apologized to the customer for the inconvenience and clarified that the outage was beyond our control. Upon discovering the issue, we promptly informed both the distributor and the customer. The customer was assured on 7/26/24 that their order would arrive by 7/29/24. They inquired about a refund should the order not arrive by the specified date, to which we consented. Fortunately, the order was received on 7/29/24, and the customer was duly notified.Review from D. M.

I ordered a rifle, they immediately took money out of my account, like normal, no big deal. I never received a shipping confirmation. I waited a few days then emailed them with no response. I called multiple times because they say not to leave a voicemail because they don't check it, no answer anytime. I finally text and get a response and they say oh sorry, I thought I text the shipping information to you. I never received a text. When I complained about the service, he text back saying he called me and asked why I won't pick up the phone and asked why I don't want to talk man to man(I missed the call) I call back and he is mad telling me how I won't tell him how to run his business, threatens me and tells me I should come down there, then tells me he's going to try and call my local shop and cancel my shipment because I don't deserve the rifle. My shop said they won't and now he's saying he is going to call his local atf agent because he doesn't think someone who complained about bad service should have guns. Buy at your own risk.
