    So a new addition to the things this body shop messed up on my car. The Toyota dealership officially confirmed that my entire wheel assembly needs replaced...the hub, wheel bearing, everything. I've been driving a death trap. The wheel could've locked up or fallen off while I was going 70 on the interstate with my kid in the car. Also, they replaced my windshield but didn't replace my headliner correctly and even broke it...they didn't even take the time to put the screws back it. Its cracked in the front and literally started falling down. A 2021 vehicle, ruined by people that are grossly negligent and incompetent. Photos included. I should've been suspicious when I found out this was the only body shop around without a significant wait. I wish I could post the messages here from the owner, ****** ********. They treat their customers like crap. I'm 36 years old and I was actually in tears over this today. People are so mean and I just don't understand why. Keep in mind, my car is a 2021 Toyota that I bought new. Even when everything is proven and documented, they resort to gaslighting, name calling and condescending remarks instead of admitting fault and accepting responsibility. I'm nearly two months into this issue. You should see the transcripts of the voicemails they sent me. My $1,000 deductible was paid in full, in cash, to them over a month ago. I picked up my car and it wasn't fixed. It was shaking, wobbling and hard to keep on the road. Obviously still had front end/suspension/wheel issues. So, I took it to the Toyota dealership and had to leave it because they said it was unsafe to drive. Keep in mind, I was one of their first customers years ago and returned only to be met with poor repairs and bullying, offensive remarks. They act hostile with customers and then wonder why customers don't want to bring their vehicle back to them so they can fix what they should've fixed the first time. I have the whole message thread but it is too long to post.

    This customer reached out to us after her repairs were completed and stated that she had some issues with her hub assembly. I asked her to bring it back for us address the issues, but she said she preferred for the Toyota dealership to handle it. I reiterated that we were happy to take care of any problems she felt she had, but again she was adamant about not giving us the opportunity to correct any issues. Unfortunately we have no way of knowing what the actual issues are because she refused to bring the vehicle back.

    I offered to bring the vehicle back to this body shop so they could verify the issues even though they were not going to perform the second round of repairs. They had no interest in verifying the issues if I wasn't going to allow them to complete the second round of repairs. Also, the way I was talked to and treated by the body shop was hostile as evidenced by the screenshots of the messages I received from them. This body shop was extremely rude, unprofessional, resorted to childish name calling and even made condescending allegations that I was somehow tying to extort money from them for my deductible (which has already been paid in cash over a month prior) when I contacted them about bringing the vehicle back to them for repairs. Its a facade. They bully customers when the quality of the repairs were questioned and then wonder why the customer doesn't want to do further business with them. I would have brought it back to them for repairs had they not have made the situation so hostile. And again, all of this is documented because I took screenshots of the messages sent to me by the owner of this body shop.
