They are the worst!! I purchased a car from ****** ******* who talked me into financing through them because they had a low interest rate. I paid every payment on time. Then apparently there was a $35 interest payment that they never informed me about. ( I was using a coupon book) I called to inquire about my title and was told that I had this interest payment to make. They waived the $60 late fee and I made the payment immediately over the phone. Unbeknownst to me they reported a late payment to my credit bureaus and it dinged my credit. I called and asked them to remove and they refused. I disputed with the credit bureaus and they said after speaking with the company they would not remove it. Do not use this company!!!!

I can assure you that every review of how horrible the phone system is still holds true today. This used to be the best credit union around. Now I believe its the worst. And dont even start on contacting them on their website. I dont need to be pacified. Im a member in need of help by a real person with common sense and the ability to handle member requests without giving excuses. You cant get a branch by phone. You must call the phone system number. You cant handle any business at a branch unless its something a teller can do or for an appointment corporate made for you with a branch officer. Soooooo, importance of credit union members is now zilch! From 10 to now zero. What happened? I dont know; but whatever it is needs to be fixed immediately.

terrible credit union. we’ve had a joint checking and savings with them for 4 years and just applied for an auto loan with them (1st time applying for that or any with them) we were trying to compare rates so we got several pre approval rates and already had 4 when we decided to try them since they are our actual bank (one of them) and the others that approved us were not . they DENIED us. didn’t even call to tell us. kept us wondering and waiting when we had already picked out the vehicle we wanted to buy. the next credit union (**** *****) i called, they approved me instantly with a 4.5 percent apr we are cancelling our account with them tomorrow ! can’t put my money with a business that isn’t there for us when needed and others were. highly disappointed. do not chose this credit union.

Changes have taken place at Navigator Credit Union online and with the phone system and now it is virtually impossible to get anyone on the phone. The app was changed last year It is glitchy, irritating, and getting worse. The mobile deposit system stopped working today. I spent 33:45 minutes the first time around on my lunch break on hold without ever reaching a human being. Someone tried to answer, and accidentally hung up on me. I'm now back in the que for the same amount of time and counting. The recording repeats over and over suggesting to use the automated phone system or check the status of a loan. If I wanted to do that, I wouldn't be holding. And if I didn't do it the first 10 times it was offered, why would I want to do it by offer number 25? It's insulting and irritating. Whomever created and authorized that recording has obviously never called it themselves for any banking needs. The commercials advertising Navigator Credit Union play over and over while on hold. I'm already a customer. I've been a customer for over 10 years... As this is the third time I have tried calling. The overly happy voice advertising repeatedly how my credit union claims to be "here for you" offering "what you need," is almost enough for me to consider utilizing tomorrow's lunch break to go in person and close my account because it's not true if I can't get a human being when I call. You can also "request a call back without losing your place in the cue. " When? In an hour? I'm on my lunch break NOW. And I'm calling with a banking emergency. Navigator started using AI (?) and the exact same check that cleared last month has been rejected this month, and I can't get help. When you don't enter account info, you hold. When you enter your member information, automatically A FULL 5 minutes of recent transactions are read aloud (yet that's not why I called at all and you can't stop it) and THEN you hold for over 33 minutes. Unacceptable. Navigator has lost perspective.
