The owner called the police on me when I left a bad ****** review after her salon worker was two hours late taking my daughter for her appointment. We had a 945 appt and my child wasnt taken until after ****. I approved the owner while she was at the register after hour one and mentioned the time and that we must be done by 2 pm and if that was still possible. I said I can leave now if not and she said ******* would definitely be done by then. Another hour passed with no communication and no apology from anyone. ******* asked if we were ready and I responded that weve been ready. After my daughters hair wash began, I started leaving my review. Another salon worker noticed me leaving that review. The owner waited until we were back out in the lobby to call me to the register. The only reason was the question the review. She tried to lie and say I had an appt with someone else and ******* was squeezing me in. That is a lie because i scheduled with ******* by request. I called her out on that immediately. She told me it was not nice that I left that review. I told her it was not nice that we waited two hours. She still didnt apologize. I told her I would delete the review ONLY if my daughters hair was done well and in a timely fashion. then I sat down and said nothing else. I didnt yell, argue, use profanity or any or the sort. I held her completely accountable and I didnt care about her excuses after no apologies. I left a fair review. I didnt threaten anyone in the review. I stayed at the end of the review that you shouldnt come here unless you plan to wait awhile. The owner never asked me to leave or pay up front. After I sat, the police came. I explained everything and showed the review. They state that MS *** gives her the right to throw me out regardless of I make any disturbance. They concluded that there was no disturbance and I was not arrested. She first offered to finish my daughters hair with me outside her building then she decided to just stop.
