  This company had a judgment granted against me on April 24, 2020. I had no Idea they even summoned me to court. The original debt was owed to One main financial services for $3,870.98. With court cost and a judge who decided 25% plus an 8% interest brought it to $4,095.98. I have always had a steady Job so why this company waited until April of 2024 to collect caused it to become $5,415.97 and according to the rude smart mouth unprofessional witch that always picks up when I call; the interest will keep going until paid in full. I at 1st thought it was a statute of limitation issue cause my last payment to the original creditor was May 1, 2017. After trying to get legal help is when I realized they just waited 4 years to collect and they got it from ******************** LLC, so this law firm is a 3rd party debt company that got over big time. I called and the unprofessional female that always picks up refused to give me a reason of why they took 4 years and earned a $1500 profit, she got extremely nasty on the phone. All lawyers in *********** want to deal with bankruptcy only... I found an out-of-town law firm, but they are not licensed in my state. I will keep seeking help because I know this entire situation is a violation of the fair credit act as well as my personal rights. *************** let me know it is a civil matter. I hope for a class action lawsuit because all of their cases need to be looked into for unfair actions against people.

  Scum of the earth company. Called me about a debt that was paid off in 2021 and said I still owed them. They work for the Gestapo of MS, the DOR. This is not a law group, but a collection agency that has rude , inconsiderate, incompetent people working for them that do not care about anyone calling in. If they were real people I would wonder how they slept at night treating people the way they do. If I could give them a negative rating I would in a heartbeat. This coverup company to collect the DOR's money should be uncovered for the scam that they are.

  Jacob Law filed a small claim to me in behalf of UHG for $526.90+court cost last Aug.25th and I paid them off on Sept.6 and they said that disregard the letter that I recived feom the court since it’s already paid becase they will contact them and make the case sismiss but they did not contact them.Everytime I call ti tell them that the court wants details that loan was paid off they will hung up on me .They got the rudest agents and I called again coz the court want my answer together the proof of payment and I called and ask them a receipt or email just to prove that it’s paid off but the rude lady agent told me it will take a month to get a receipt and hung up again.They are rude and unprofessionals!!!!

  This is the worst company I have encountered with. They failed to take out monthly payments for a payment plan and try to make it seem like my fault they started garnishing my check. If there is anybody who would like to team up to get company shut down please let me know. Breach of contract!

  No stars if their was an option, these are the most unprofessional and rudest customer service Representatives I have ever encountered in my life. All the representatives are angry! The first thing they say this call is being monitored, well they should go back and listen to the calls.Just because a person know their ABC-S AND 123'S DOESNT MEAN PUT THEM IN CSR POSITION.YOU ASLO HAVE TO TEACH THEM SCAM ETTIQUET. WHAT COMPANY DOESNT PROVIDE YOU RECIEPTS UPON PAYMENT! JACOB SCAM LAW GROUP,NEW SUGGESTED NAME!

  Rudest unprofessional group of people I've ever dealt with! I called March 30th to set up a payment plan and had to leave a message. Never received a call back. Next thing I know I'm being served papers for a hospital bill. I called back and ******* says well I called you April 11th and you didn't answer! First of all I work during the week and have no phone service in the building! I told her I didn't have a missed call and why she didn't leave a message and she told me she isn't allow too! Absolutely ridiculous! I will pay my debt but the rudeness and terrible attitude is uncalled for! All representatives need training in customer service! Hate I had to give 1 star because it's definitely not deserved! These are some miserable people staffed at this firm. Just because you are miserable doesn't mean you can take it out on everyone else! ISWIS ??

  First of all they do not even deserve one star (there should be a negative star selection). Lady, if that's what she should be called, was the rudest person I have ever encountered in my 52 years of life. Very condescending and talked to me like I was a child. Was merely calling to find out some information about a court matter, to clear up some confusion about same and payments; she was just a horrible beyond horrible, awful person. She did not have an ounce of customer service, empathy and just plain common decency. This place should be put out of business. My complaint with them isn't the first. I have read so many reviews that state the same.

  Talked to someone there this morning. She was very rude. I had already been to court with another collector over a 5-6 year old credit card debt, and I told that lawyer I was on SSDI and couldn’t afforrd to pay it. Lawyers ought to know they cannot garnish SSDI for private debt. Anyway, this rude person states I need to pay this. I’m still on SSDI with less income now than I had then as my husband has since passed away and I lost his income other than a widow benefit I now get. She thinks because I have income I can pay. She doesn’t get how little SSDI can be. She has a job. I told her they better not call back. I don’t have a problem going to court again, but I shouldn’t have to.
