      Worst experience ever!!! I was referred to ********. I sent her all of my personal information through calls/text I mean everything she asked her to get me in a car. We started talking on 11/26 and here it is 12/06 and still no car. She even asked for $200 down payment through cash app and she said she would apply it through my account. I should have knew then she was full of it when she said This stays between us. I drove from *******,** to ************ to pick up a **** Expedition that I was approved for. Remind you we talked all throughout that week except on Thanksgiving about them delivering the car to my mother. Still no car was delivered. Saturday when I arrived ******* told me the car was sold from under him and that he would check around the lot to see what else they had. ******* never did come back to the truck to let me know anything he stood by the doorway entry smoking countless numbers of cigarettes. I drove off at 4:50 knowing they closed at 5:00. Tuesday 12/03 ******** said she would call me when they come outback of a meeting she never did call back and today is now 12/6. I texted her asking for my refund still no answer. Its the holidays and I need my money and was looking forward to getting some type of vehicle. Im very appalled with the way Cannon employees handle business!!!

      My daughter went to look at cars here to find something to buy so when I arrive on Friday, we just do paperwork. The manager that appraised her vehicle lowballed her then upon negotiating prices he was extremely rude and condescending. He said some things that were extremely unnecessary. They lost our business. If Cannon Motor corp info was easier to find I would write Mr. Cannon a letter. As a business owner, I am horrified....

      Worst experience of my life with a dealership. I dropped my truck off in December 2021 at Cannon Motors in Oxford, MS. My truck sat untouched for 4 months. I inquired why and they said they didn't have the diesel mechanics to be able to work on it anymore. They even asked me if i knew any diesel mechanics they could hire to work on it. Then they lost my truck for 7 months trying to ship it to a sister dealership to work on it. Somehow it was dropped off at the wrong dealership and no one followed up to see if it was ever delivered to the right place. I called the dealership they supposedly delivered it to and they informed me they did not have it. So very upset no one knew where my truck was i went in person to Cannon motors in Oxford, MS to talk with the service manager about it. He told me they knew where it was and were fixing it and blew me off. They then found it and sent it to the sister dealership Cannon Motors in Calhoun City, MS which is now October 2022. They tried to sell me a 65k mile used engine for $25k i laughed so then they tried to sell me a 90k mile used engine for $16k. On GM certified website brand new engine is $8k. They told me they would have to upcharge it from that price as a standard and it would cost more in labor to install. So after not having my truck for 14 months i broke down purchased a 60k mile used engine for $13k. My truck has sat there for 2 more months already paid for with the engine sitting there. They refuse to work on it currently because it's already been paid for and they would rather push other vehicles through to make more money. I've been told several times that my truck is next by the service manager. On expected completion date I call to see when i can come get it and they say that its still next that other vehicles been waiting, and their parts came in. Currently Cannon Motors has had my truck for 18 months. The parts and labor have already been paid in full for 2 months and they still havent started working on it.

      Poor service fail to fix the code P0304 misfire on my 2019 Ford Mustang ecoboost I paid over 1100 and this the 3rd time me taking my car to them and continue it to fix the problem “misfire code”, Every time I cold start my car it’s stil misfiring, it’s misfire sound like it’s about to cut off. I can’t cont to leave work to take my car to Cannon that costing me money both ways.
