Dishwasher was purchased on July 22, 2024. It was installed by **** ***** the next day 2 screws fell out. When you go to pull the rack out the whole dishwasher falls forward. The drying cycle has never worked. I called and reported this I was told they were backlogged and had a death in the family. I understand that. I called again and **** came back out with his son they could not fix it. I called again and ***** came out he said **** had bent it putting it in and he would need to get a piece of wood to install it properly. I waited and called again on 11/13 and spoke to ***** he said he would be there the next day. No one has shown yet!

We do our absolute best to make every purchase, and repair for each customer. Yes we installed the dishwasher. Did it come loose, yes it did. ***** *****, when to customers home and looked to see what the problem was and in the cabinet in which to dishwasher was installed in the walls of the sides where it is to be attached to was rotten, I made the best of it and informed the customer, of the problem. Now as far as getting us to come back out, we are always extremely busy all the time and only have two tech's myself ***** ***** and **** *****, like I said we do out best to complete every job and best as we can as quickly as we can, without doing bad work.  We are older and Yes we do have to take care of our families and doctor's appointments, and still have a life. All this to say I have been by the house of installation and no one is living in the house. I did find out that the customer had moved out of state. If the customer would call and make arrangements to take care of this job, but I have not had a call for a time and day that would be best for both of us.  Ms. ***** if you would call me, ***** *****, we would get this done. Please feel free to call me************* to resolve the issue.

Busby was in charge of fixing the AC unit prior to our purchasing our new home. Not only did he not fix it properly he told us it was just the “heat” and nothing was wrong with the units and that they had at least 5 more years on them. Both ACs have went out in less than 3 months, coils were used that were made for other ACs and held up with blocks under it. We’ve paid a LOT of money to have someone else fix it because Busby just kept saying nothing was wrong with it when this repair should have been covered by the prior home owners. In less than 3 months we’ve had a leak related to AC issues and both units going out. Would NEVER recommend. 10k down the drain and counting due to him not being willing to put in the work and really dig into the issues.

I did exactly what the prior owner's inspectors said had to be done. I cleaned the coils, and checked the pressure and the pressure was correct when I left the home. I replaced nothing, that is not what I was asked to do. All temperatures were as they were supposed to be when I left the home.  Maybe the inspector should be called about this matter. Again, as I stated I changed no parts; I only did what I was asked to do by the inspection of the homeowners closing inspector.

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

While inspector did mention cleaning the coils, he also mentioned that both AC units needed further evaluation and repairs, which was was determined by reading the temperatures. However the ACs never worked right which is why you came by the house three times and ultimately told us that it was just too hot for the ACs to do their job. Also you didn’t even service the upstairs unit and had to be called AFTER closing. We encountered an issue with the downstairs AC unit leaking shortly after being serviced by you. After having Busby come out so many times and nothing being done, we called another AC repairman that had to clean the coils amongst other repairs. So I do not believe that the coils were ever cleaned. I also believe that Busby is good friends with the previous owner and probably “cut him a deal” as the previous owner reached out shortly after making this complaint in regards to it .

All in all- we have had to replace both units in less than 3 months on top of costly service calls because Busby denied there even being an issue. We shouldn’t have had to pay for these repairs, and at the very least these should have been discussions on the ACs needing to be replaced PRIOR to closing where we could have negotiated costs.

    Regards,
