We deeply regret any inconvenience you may have experienced regarding your recent vehicle lease from our Pearl location. Please understand that, in strict adherence to state and federal privacy regulations, we are unable to go into specific account details. It is important to highlight that all of our leased vehicles come with a 12-month/12,000-mile powertrain warranty.

As is the case with any used vehicle, unexpected breakdowns can occur. In this instance, the customer initially brought the vehicle in for repairs on the front and back bumpers but returned a few hours later, declining to leave the car for the necessary repairs. Approximately a week later, the vehicle experienced a breakdown, prompting the need for a diagnosis. It took *** a couple of weeks to complete the diagnostic process.

During this time, the customer advised the manager to retain the vehicle. In response to this instruction, we took the necessary actions to secure the vehicle appropriately.

I purchased the vehicle on July 21,2023 I only had the vehicle in my possession for 5 days before the car was no longer driveable and had to be towed back to the dealership.I paid 500 down for the vehicle and I also paid 250 two weeks later so I've lost a total of 750 dollars the owner showed no empathy as I continously called about the status of my vehicle which was a 2017 Ford Focus I was told the turbo motor went out so I said ok keep me posted on what steps I need to take next instead I had to call every other day just to hear they sent my car to the Ford dealership because the fix was too difficult for the mechanics at southeastautoplex so again I was patient and just wanted to be updated about my vehicle instead I continued to get lies about the part being ordered or when I called for the owner I would be told oh he just stepped out to go look at a vehicle as I stated before no concern was given to me as the customer so I finally received a call saying my vehicle was ready only to get there and I couldn't get the vehicle out of the parking lot because it was smoking so bad that I had to get out of the car because it was so thick I could smell the smoke on the inside of the vehicle so again I was upset of course they now had my money and I still had no vehicle constantly paying Uber to get to and from work this has been the worse car buying situation ever I kept getting the run around about this part is needed for the car to we will need to further investigate to issue my problem was why put me in a vehicle with so many problems but not offer to give me my money back or over another vehicle I should've read the reviews earlier but I trusted them and thought I would be taken care of instead I was taken advantage of I want what's owed to me and that's 750 it sucks that you run a business and you treat your customers like we don't matter I will spread the word about this experience I've dealt with for about a month and a half now all I want is justice to be served wrong is wrong right is right this company is fraudulent and needs to be addressed.

Southeast Autoplex had my automobile 2018 Hyundai VIN number *****************, wrongfully repossessed on May 04, 2022, due to the failure of car insurance. I have full coverage auto insurance through Alfa Insurance with my daughter ****** ***** as and added lien holder. Initial I had and policy with Victory Insurance Agency 09/03/2021 to 03/03/2022, this policy were terminated because of the increase. Alfa Insurance policy effective 03/01/2022 and is active. Ms, ****** ****** ****** ************ faxed my declarations forms the day my policy became active to Southeast Autoplex, she even made contact the day of the repossession. Southeast has not attempted to resolve this issue; the only thing they keep telling me is they are doing their job. I had to pay $350.00 repossession fee to Southeast Repo Company, plus car note fee $455.00 upfront in order to get my car back, which I have not never been late on not once. I was humiliated and embarrassed for no reason. Southeast needs to be held accountable for their scandalous act, and issue and refund, that was and error on their end. If it was and problem with my insurance Ms. **** at Southeast has contacted me before on other things, she could have contacted me about my car insurance, or someone else. They have and clear path to communicate with me.

We never received current insurance via fax, email or mail.  I advise all my customers that when they are sending or depending on a 3rd party to send (Fax or Email) to call us our office and verify that the required documents have been received.  There is always the possibility that a wrong number was dialed or a wrong email was used.  Unfortunately Ms. *****'s insurance was not received by our office.  We did reach out to Ms. ***** prior to assigning her vehicle out for repossession.  We must protect our interest in the lease.
