  I hired ****'s Cleaning Service on 3/15/24 on an emergency basis. I needed & asked for a DEEP CLEANING. I explained that cleaning had been severely neglected due to health issues for the past 2 years. The home is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, & 1800 sq ft. The price was $500 sight-unseen for 2 days cleaning. Due to urgency, I agreed to the price. On 3/22/24, ************ arrived. I decided to eliminate cleaning of 2 of the 3 bedrooms & advised them of such decision when they arrived. **** agreed.. Over 4.5 hours, the following were cleaned: A large bathroom (shower, double vanity, wall mirror, garden tub, & separate toilet room). A large bedroom. Living room, dining room, and full 2nd bath. The bathroom was passably cleaned-NOT DEEP CLEANED. The floors were damp mopped but not scrubbed. Other ******************* not cleaned.The large bedroom was minimally dusted & vacuumed. Minimally is a generous word since the blinds & the headboard & large mirror had thick dust after she was "finished". I asked for a redo. They were then only dry-dusted. NOT DEEP CLEANED ***** did the 2nd bath & dining room. Work on the 2nd bath was OK but not in the dining room. Dining room table & 3 chairs were dry dusted; 4th chair was not done (visible dust on seat, back & rails). Blinds were dry dusted but were gritty feeling.**** did the living room. Entry table dusted but not the mirror above. Electronics & and 1/3 of entertainment center were dry-dusted. Other 2/3 not touched. 1 of 2 end tables dusted on top only. Blinds, ceiling fan, pictures & other fixtures not touched .After this, **** asked for and I gave $250 of the agreed amount. Later, I noticed the ceiling fan in bedroom not dusted & the floors dining & living rooms not vacuumed.THIS WAS NOT A DEEP CLEAN BY ANY DEFINITION. On 3/22/24, I texted **** to not return on 3/26/24 since we do not agree on meaning of a DEEP CLEANING. **** did not attempt to correct issues. I had to hire another to finish job.

  Hello *****************, yes we were called last minute to come and clean you lovely home. As discussed over the phone it was a last minute call and short notice. I had a very small time slot available the 1st day (that was agreed upon) and then we would come back the 2nd day for the full day to finish. The large master bath was completely cleaned with 2 full trash bags from that room and the master bedroom was cleaned as well. Wood polish was used in the bedroom and on the ** mount in the living room. When the two main rooms where finished we asked is they could be checked and they were. We were given the green light on those rooms and while I was wiping the livingroom my associate cleaned the 2nd bathroom. Then because walking and movement were had on the clients who were sitting on the couch I told them that when we come back i would move the couches to get under them and the corner coffee table in-between the couches.

  I communicated that since this was a short amount of time for today's cleaning that we would be back at our scheduled cleaning to finished the rest of the house. The total price of the cleaning of her home was by the square footage for $500 and we agreed because it was a two day clean that we need half of the deposit after the 1st day ($250). 

  Before we left we were thanked for the great job and that they couldn't wait for us to come back to finish the rest.
