    First Heritage Credit is a terrible lending company. I have never been late paying my bill (only once...I requested to pay February bill in March, however was denied). I paid them the February bill yesterday, the 28th, 2024. My last payment will be March, 2024. These people harassed me two & three time per week, even though I've never been late...calling me asking if I needed money. I would tell them no. These people are pathetic!!! I will NEVER do business with them ever again!!! They notified the branch in Jackson, Mississippi, because I requested to pay February's bill in March...They are untrained, non professionals...

    This company failed to provide me with a monthly statement; tracking payments received and current balance. When I requested this monthly document, they stated that they don’t provide such documents. They then began charging other unknown fees via its online payment platform; increasing my monthly payment without communicating with me first. I only paid what I initially agreed to pay. After not providing transparent balance information, I discontinued making payments. I haven’t heard anything from them…it’s been nearly on year.

    I originally borrowed 900 but had to file bankruptcy after the death of my mom. Unfortunately I ended up in the hospital after a divorce and the bankruptcy was discharged only owing first heritage 400 dollars and I have proof. They called me saying that I still owed 2000 dollars but I when asked for proof I got no response only a garnishment notification. These people have been stealing nearly 600 dollars a month from me for nearly a year and ADP is showing that my balance has been paid but the attorney they're using is giving me the run around and refuses to end the garnishment. As stated I am very sick and running myself in the ground just trying to keep my apartment and no food on the table because these folks are robbing me blind. Please do not borrow anything from first heritage. Run fast because they will definitely take advantage of you and have no pity.

    This company is horrible I made my payment thru the Repay site and provided the company here in Batesville MS with the receipt and proof and they said they didn't see it on their end then provided them with my bank statement they still say they can't honor the payment. They then proceeded to call my place of employment every day sometimes twice a day and ended up getting me placed on suspension which resulted in me losing my company phone I have lost my vehicle as well because without a paycheck I cant pay my vehicle payment. I worked at my job for 9 years. This is ridiculous I called the main office today and made a $250 payment and asked if I owed anything else she said yes $195 I was like what the world how did she say that was what was left? I promise you don't deal with this company because they will screw you in the end. They are money-hungry thieves.

    Predatory Lender!!!! Come in BBB how the **** can this be an accredited company! Have you lost all your scruples? $107.10 service charge, $107.10 prepaid finance charge, plus $105.00 maintenance fee plus 44.36% interest for a $1500.00 loan! That's criminal!

    They took a loan for 2500 paid it off over 6 years ago, today they garnished my paycheck for $1200 showing I owe a total of $6000 on a $2500 loan that I paid of 6years ago I call my attorney who said it will cost me more to fight it then just pay it How is this right this is a predatory lender beware stay away they have in house lawyers just to steal your hard earned money we have no where to turn not sure how we will recover from this
