    Car broke down called Jimmy **** they knew nothing about it, so we went to another shop had diagnostic run they explained issue and said PVC manifold, told shop to fix the car but it was a weekend. I called back to Jimmy **** because this shop said they heard of an issue with 2015 Chevrolet Cruze. Finally **** service manager after 30 minutes on the phone told me yes, and there was a special extended warranty since 2015. I get my car towed to Jimmy **** where they tell me it would be 6 to 8 weeks before he could work on my car. I told him that wouldn't work and could we get a loaner. He yelled and told me 6 to 8 weeks and I wouldn't get nothing else, no car, no nothing. I go to the front and ask for someone over the dealership where someone said it's Jimmy **** but he's in ************ can't call him, and then laughs. I said that's real cute, but I meant a name or number to someone local, you know, in the states. So he proceeds to give me the number to the dealership that I'm at. Now I'm at the dealership does anyone really think I want that number. Well I called him a smart ___ because they all thought this was funny and I didn't, so then he proceeds to call the police. Yes 4 police came and as my car is towed to their lot they then refuse service. So I have to get my car towed to AllStar Chevrolet in Olive ******* What I would like to know is if they could call the police that fast, why couldn't they call AllStar to see if they could help me. AllStar had my car ready the next day. I'm upset because they could have easily made that call for customer service sake and save me all of this drama. Now I had a diagnostic done, and now AllStar finds another problem,but I was still out ****** for whatever "new problem", towing my car, and a diagnostic done at another shop, that should have all been warranty items. I've been in contact with GM customer service and it's a hassle. All of our actions could have been way different, their customer service skills stink.
