    On 4/26/2024 I wired the amount of $4245.00 to Hydrostatic Pump Repair for the purchase of a tractor pump. The gentleman/owner indicated he would send it overnight as we requested. Many days went by and the pump did not arrive. After multiple failed attempts to contact him by phone an email, we finally called law enforcement to see if this was an actual business or we had fallen victim to an internet scam. Soon after he stated he mailed the pump. A pump did in fact arrive. It was in terrible condition due to poor packing and was not the correct pump. He assured me that he would refund our money once it was returned. On 5/15/2024 I mailed the incorrect pump via *** shipping with tracking. He received the pump on 5/20/24 per tracking. He told my son in law that the check was in the mail for the refund. As of 6/28/2024 no refund check has arrived. He has been contacted multiple times via telephone and email requesting a tracking number. He has not responded however I can see on my email he has read each email dating; May 29, June 6, June 7, June 12, 2024.We are asking for the original amount we wired to be refunded as soon as possible as the product was not correct. We are also asking to have it wired into an account if possible as we have found the owner to be less than honest. Thank you kindly for your assistance on this matter. We are a small family farm and the loss of this money has had a definite impact on our operation.

    We sent the pump that we thought was the correct one, according to our records, when we realized it was incorrect, we did offer to refund their funds, They shipped our item back , Unexpectedly, the owner got sick with heart issues and has been in and out of the for the past while. We will refund his payment within the next two   weeks.

    On June 23, 2023 I wired Hydrostatic Transmission Service $10,230.00 and shipped my Komatsu hydraulic pump to them. I called several times and sent multiple emails and text to check on the progress of the repair. They have not even begun to repair my pump and had an excuse as to why every time I spoke with them. They stopped communicating with me in December. I sent an email January 4th, 2024 to please wire my funds back and return pump. They never contacted me. The beginning of February I had my attorney type up a letter and *****************, they never signed for it. My attorney then personally delivered a letter to the business. He spoke with someone there that told him they would be getting in contact with me. I have received no communication from Hydrostatic Transmission. I am seeking to have my funds returned and my pump as well. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    I have been sick and in the hospital with heart related issues and was unable to work. for a lengthy period of time.,

    We recently   met with ****************, and gave him his pump back. We are refunding his funds to him in full. Thank you.
