  I called the owner of the shop ***************** on February 15, 2024 and requested if he could come tow a car from my address and have it fixed on.The only things that needed to be fixed on the car were tires needed to be put on , needed a tune up, and to fix a driving by itself issue. He sent a worker out to pick the car up. The following Monday I checked to see if there were any updates on the car, we were told that it would be ready that Wednesday. When that Wednesday came, it still hadnt been worked on so he changed it to that Thursday. We checked on the car again, still nothing. We let the days go by hoping he had fixed it. I had been texting and calling over and over he just forwards the calls and never responds to text messages, he just reads them. On February 28th, I called four times and no answer so I had a relative of the family call and try to see if she got an answer . She didnt get an answer from him but she got an answer from one of his workers at his shop. The lady informed us that the car is just sitting there and hasnt been worked on at all. Hes been had the vehicle for over a week and still hasnt touched or gave any updates to the vehicle . He doesnt take his business serious and doesnt aim to please his customers. He also sells Lemon Cars to customers and doesnt try to reason with anyone . His business really needs to be shut down immediately.

  I bought my car March 9, 2022. Ever since that day I've been going back and forth back and forth I bought a 2010 Chevy equinox I've been going back and forth I talked to his secretary and everything she'll sit there and probably try to help him or whatever but my mileage is supposed to be 167,000 MI but when I got my car it was 83,000 miles on it when I wanted to trade my car I looked up carvana and carvana told me my actual mileage and I was in disbelief. I told him my car was shaking my car was smoking my car is hesitating to get up a hill he told me he will fix it he haven't fixed anything I asked for a trade in he didn't want to do that so I now have to take it further I paid him $6,000 for my truck he don't want to listen to anything that anybody has to say about a car that he has sold to them and then what they want it fixed he won't get him no answer will you call it to his office they let him know that you called and he won't even be at this at his office so if you don't call and just show up then you can catch him his business is a fraud he also told me that he says I for the title at the end of the month remind you I got my car March the 9th 2022 here it is June the 8th 2022 I ain't seen anything from March April May and here it is June I never experienced this before in my life it won't happen again so please can you help me get my $6,000 back
