This place is full of illegal and shady dealings. ***** ***** is a terrible business man who pays for personal bills and vehicles out of his business account. ***** breeds an office full of hostility and breaks confidentiality laws talking about debtors personal info and making disparaging remarks about debtors with friends and family including their legal names. If I were a debtor I would be very weary of sharing any personal info with this company and I would be looking into making formal complaints and investigations into leaked personal info regarding your debt. Ive heard and seen these things first hand. If this place got audited ***** would end up right where the debtors are. They treat their employees like garbage an create a very hostile work environment.Review from Alan O.

Numerous calls made to cure a debt of actual amount of $160.66 by which I have made previous calls to make good faith $30.00 payments on a monthly basis. I keep being Rerouted to make an automated payment for account which states I owe $246.85 which is in dispute of my owing $160.66. I get an answering machine that does not indicate a closure of company, or reason about any type of delay for a response. I left my return phone number. Acct number for reference, reason for my call to make $30.00 payment on this account, and reason that I dispute the actual amount due and owing. The automated payment feature is in dispute of my making previous payments of increments $30.00. I cannot make contact with anyone all day at this company to try and resolve the errors. I contacted the originator ******** Clinic today 12/23/2022 ************** to let them know that this erroneous account with this company is not being properly tended to for a consumer response for payment/dispute of the actual amount due. I stated phone calls with this company are not being returned and there is no indication of such company response to my dispute of charges to be paid. I, await a timely response and good faith effort to remedy this disputed debt.
