I had some procedures done and have been on a payment plan with St. PETER'S Hospital and keep getting turn over to collections. Send in payment and it take 7 months to get someone to answer or know what my check was put towards. They send bill with on explanation of what the charge is for or say sorry that's part of our old system. This is ridiculous and people need help with this issue. According to my chart I owe them ***** and somehow I have paid 600+, *****, have something in collections for 35, and 155 no idea what. New bill is for 105, as attached, but for what.

Call center ***resentative discussed this, and made is sound like the payments were far more spread apart.

This is another circumstance where I should have looked at the account myself.

I would be happy to pull back these accounts & write these off for her for the miscommunication and full understanding on my behalf.

It does not look like the call center ***resentative made it a point to discuss a payment plan at that time either at the time of the call.

I will have a call center *** follow-up on what we are going to do, and what we need to educate the patient on as far as being on a payment plan.

Note: account has been brought back from collection and adjusted off

thank you for bringing this to our attention

Had to go to the ** 01/25/2023. Brought in my private health insurance cards to billing department before they would even see me. Their billing department did not bother to literally take the cards/information that was provided to them and then bill insurance, as thy should have. We are now dealing with several bills from that Date of Service that were not billed correctly. I had called ****************** and asked to speak to a supervisor because this is a mess. They took down my number but did not call me. They said they would bill my insurance and to wait for ***** days and call back. I asked for that in writing/email: never got it. ************'s billing is "famous" for doing this and I am finally fed up with no call back/no email; having to stay on tip of their mistakes, their poor customer service, and the fact that their mistake needs to be fixed before it impacts my credit. They need to bill people correctly, call/email when they make a mistake, and answer to some organization for the continued messes they cause.

Dropped a stool sample off on 10/6/22 to lab by er around 6:00pm. A week later I hear nothing about results so I called. They have no record of it! Spoke to supervisor of lab and she stated she will talk to employees. I now have to drive and do it all over because they lost the sample. It wasnt for me but my 8 year old son has to redo everything at our cost! When we live 1/2hr away. How does a locked lab lose a stool sample? This is ignorant and something needs to be done!

Here is the response I received from the lab team.  If you need additional clarification, please let me know.

The individual came in on Friday stating her husband delivered this specimen on 10/6. We have no record of this specimen in lab. If we could not find an order with specimen in hand, we would not have thrown it away. We would have logged it and created a no order order for tracking purposes.  First, she said her husband stopped at the front desk of the ** at which time the person there took all the patient info and brought it to the lab. Then she said he came to the lab door and handed it to a dark haired lady and that she took all the patient info. She also said that this has happened 3 times now. Her son has only ever been seen at SPH once and that was on July 27,2022. She quickly retracted and stated that one must have gone to Butte. She then mentioned this is why she doesnt use our services because something is always messed up, and she knows because she used to work for this organization. There was definitely something off, but I gave her my cell phone number and offered to come pick the stool up from her so that she did not have to leave work or drive over from boulder.
