On June 1st, Weeds Powersports Repair was contacted about repairing a 2010 **** F250 6.4L Powerstroke Diesel that the customer, ****************, was informed was in need of new exhaust manifolds.  The customer was informed that our shop would need to verify the issue first.  The vehicle was brought by for inspection to verify the parts needed.  An estimate for Parts & Labor was given on June 9th and the customer was informed that all parts would need to be paid for in full before any labor would be completed.  On June 15th the vehicle was dropped off with a check from a third party, Ms. ******* employer, for the amount of $975 for parts.  The check was deposited and parts were secured that day from NAPA Auto Parts.  The check was rejected due to an error in the date.  The payment was then secured by Credit Card from the same employer.  Then the bank corrected the error with the Check, Overdraft Fees, Cancellation Fees & re-deposited the original $975.  A refund the the Credit Card had to be issued to the employer.  Once the payments for parts was straightened out, the shop began work on the Engine on June 24th.  On that day it was determined after doing multiple leak down checks due to hearing a very loud air pressure coming from the area of the Turbo due to hauling a Horse Trailer in the condition of needing repair between June 9th when the vehicle was inspected and June 15th when it was dropped off that more damage had been done.  The Turbo showed signs of Blow BY and would need to be replaced or rebuilt.  After speaking with the customer on the options,  ********************** ordered the parts needed to repair the Turbo.  There were multiple shipping delays with Fed Ex for the parts that were ordered.  The shop did not received the payment for the remaining parts in which the customer is asking for a refund until well after 30 days which is the return window to the distributor.  The customer also implied multiple times that she did not have any money to pay for the parts or labor.  Weeds Powersports Repair does not install parts that have not been paid for or perform labor for Free.  The customer inquired about making payments towards labor, however in over 30 days had no intention of doing so.  The customer was scheduled to pay the remaining parts balance on Friday July 29th, however was a no call and no show.  I had scheduled a helper for the 29th and 30th to complete the labor when the lift was free to have the truck back by the first.  2 Shop days wasted with the vehicle on lift and prepped for repair.  We received the payment on the 31st with a message stating that she forgot and was at the lake for the weekend.  At which point other work was scheduled for the lift for the shop to make money on another vehicle beginning on August 1st.  The customer was informed that once that vehicle was off the lift that hers would be next.  The vehicle was put back on the schedule to be completed by August 11th, However the customer decided to pickup the vehicle on the 9th after several unprofessional messages were sent.  At this point,  Weeds Powersports Repair was beyond exhausted in being harassed, stalked on social media and sent several disturbing messages while remaining professional and trying to help.  The customer has continued to send unprofessional messages and threats to call law enforcement when nothing illegal has taken place.  The Parts that were missing from the inventory when the vehicle was picked up on August 9th were brought to the customer in person today August 12th prior to the customer making this complaint and it is uncalled for.  It was stated before taking in the vehicle and many times thereafter that work will not be performed without parts being paid for.  Being a small independent shop the vehicle would need to be on the lift for 2 whole days to complete the task and it needed to be scheduled accordingly.  Shipping delays and non payment are not excuses nor in the control of Weeds Powersports Repair.  All the parts paid for & the vehicle are in the possession of the owner.  The refund being demanded is based on another shop telling **************** that she doesn't need the parts, we have not received any diagnosis or explanation from any other shop that states it has been misdiagnosed.  After many unprofessional messages received from ****************, this is just another form of harassment and falsified information that will be documented like the rest.
