I ordered a t-shirt in June, 2024 for the cost of shipping which was $6.95. I received the t-shirt in a timely manner. This amount was charged to my checking account. In July, 2024, I was checking my on-line account and noticed that the amount of $29.95 had been charged to my account. I have tried to call the business several times and left a recorded message, but have not heard from them. I did not approve the $29.95 to be charged to my account. I would like a refund of the $29.95 since I was unaware that I would be charged for a membership.Initial Complaint

I subscribed to their hero club and got a tshirt that I paid the shipping on, I got the t shirt but when I went to cancel the membership I couldn't find a way to do it online. I went to their website and it said to email them. I emailed them three times in the past two months and have never heard anything back from them.Initial Complaint

On June 2025 I placed an order for a free Tee shirt, only to pay shipping, with We Love Doggos, an animal charity. My checking account was debited in the amount of 6.97 on June 13th 2024. This was the cost of shipping. I received the product and it was fine On July 4, 2024, my checking account was debited again only this time in the amount of *****. I attempted to contact We Love Doggos via email but have not heard back. I looked at their website and found the ***** is a monthly subscription fee. I did not agree, nor did I sign up for a subscription. I have sent 3 emails requesting cancellation and refund.on the following dates 07/04/24 07/06/24 07/08/24 I cannot contact the company by phone as no phone number is listed.I am requesting my issue be posted on your website as well as your assistance in getting this subscription cancelled and obtaining a refund of *****.*************************** ************ *********************Initial Complaint

The site states you can cancel at any time by emailing them. No one responds to emails. There is no where to "log in" to cancel either. No phone number to speak to an actual person. Transactions keep happening and I want refunded! This is a blatant scam.Initial Complaint

There was a ad placed on ******** where you could get a t-shirt @ a discounted price if you signed up for a free 21 **************** could cancel the membership at any time before the 21 days & NOT be charged any additional fees above what I paid for the shirt. Problem is it is ?? IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your membership or contact customer service. Theres no customer service phone number & the email address that you are instructed to email HAS NEVER ONCE responded to ******** easily emailed them 20x. And the web link it tells you to click automatically pops up as no domain found threat imminent.-!! I immediately went & canceled my debit card to avoid being charged any additional fees ( which my bank has told me that they have attempted 3x since I cancelled my card & put my bank on notice of what is going on. Technically it hasnt even been 21 days so why are they attempting to charge.. I tell you why they make the cancellation process IMPOSSIBLE so they can say you didnt cancel. There was over 80 ppl on ******** the other day begging someone to help them & give them any way to contact We Love Doggos. But i didnt think to screenshot it at the time. This company is taking peoples money & never sending what was ordered to begin with when they made you sign up for the membership I never received my shirt that I paid for i believe my actual order date was 6/8/24 but it didnt clear my bank til Monday 6/10/24Initial Complaint

I bought some shirts through this company and was signed up for a subscription that is ***** a month. There is nowhere on their website to cancel because the " manage subscription" link takes you to a bogus website. I've reached out via email numerous times all month and have gotten no response. I looked at my bank account and they have charged me numerous times the past few months adding up to around $200. I filed a complaint with my bank but am afraid they are just going to keep charging me. I want this subscription cancelled and I need someone from welovedoggos to respond to me and cancel the subscription so they can't just charge me whenever they feel like it.Initial Complaint

I ordered a tshirt, got no confirmation email and instead got an email telling me to complete my order. It ended up being a duplicate order, they charged me twice, and they wont respond to multiple emails regarding thisCustomer response

I would like to amend this complaint to get a refund on two separate orders, one of which was a mistaken duplicate order, the other for the actual order for which I cannot get any information or response from the company. I believe they are fraudulentCustomer response

I ordered a tshirt from them and couldnt get them to cancel a duplicate order. Now Ive been charged for a subscription that I never ordered or approved. I cant tell where they are located as they do not give that information. They also do not respond to emails.
