MT S464121792177716 CARD 1794$6.97 On 5/22/24, this company used my credit card (unauthorized)05/22/24PURCHASE WELOVEDOGGOS ************ MT CARD1794$29.99When calling the telephone number ********** listed on my bank account, I always get a message that nobody is available and left three messages, with no callback,I also filled out two online forms, no response,I have researched this company and found information stating that this company is fraudulent.I am requesting the unauthorized withdrawal of $29.99 be refunded,Initial Complaint

I made a purchase and donation to We Love Doggos, LLC on April 27th 2024. I have still yet to receive the merchandise I ordered and the business email they provided hasnt responded to me. Of course there is no phone number to contact these people, but they do continue to send me emails about my monthly donation. I feel like its a scamInitial Complaint

On August 20th, 2023 I purchased a rose gold paw necklace from welovedoggos.com. I never received my order. Although I notified them and they were keeping me updated for months, I was told the following last October 5th, 2023: "Our items ship from various warehouses, and it can take up to 2 months to receive the items.I will check your order and get some details for you to see if I can expedite for you somehow and possibly add any bonus items." They did repeatedly ask if I wanted a refund, but I told them no and that I still wanted my necklace.The last time I've heard from them was December 11th, 2023 with this e-mail:"Hi ***,Thanks for writing back to me. My deepest apologies that you haven't receivedit! I checked with our supplier and they had a long delay and itmay be another 2-4 weeks. I can cancel it and refund you or have them reissue the order. Would you like me to just refund you the $5.99 or would you like me to have them still send it to you?Please let me know and I will process things accordingly rightaway."I replied with this e-mail on December 11th, 2023:"I'll wait for it.***"I sent them the following e-mail on March 31st, 2024: 'Hello. I sent a reply to you on March 4th, 2024 and a separate e-mail to Doggygoodies Support on the website on March 13th, ***************************** case it went to spam, here's what I said:"I can't ask for a refund due to me having a different card number now. You mentioned reordering the necklace. That's what I would like for you to do. Keep me posted."I ordered since August 2023 and know you said that there were delays, but I don't think I'll ever receive my necklace now.******** also sent them an e-mail on February 20th, 2024 with no response.
