On August 9th I signed an agreement to purchase a trailer from this company for my business, I gave them 1000$ deposit and continued to get financing outside the dealer, on the 12th I made contact with the delivership that if for any reason I could not get financing that I would buy the trailer and pay complete amount by check within 5 business days, and the dealership agreed!Well.long story short the dealership sold the trailer while we were under contract still and they still had my deposit! Not only is this a shady business practice but it shows that they don't care about small business like mine, specifically when the manager said, "they had spent enough time on me"!I tried complaining to headquarters but they never bothered to return my phone calls, they never did anything to try and resolve and make right this disgusting business practice! I accepted work based on the fact that I was going to buy a trailer from them and now I'm in a bind with my employer because this company has no business ethics! I would warn anyone to start away from business like this that make it very clear that small business is something they don't care about!
