5 starsEverything was great, the experience, professionalism and the product!They walked me through the entire process and were very patient with ***** impressions (and teeth) are terrible, so bad that I barely qualified.I was afraid to take another impression and they were willing to make an arch with what they had.They warned me that they want it to be perfect and with the impressions I gave them may not be perfect... 1 starI had a few bad experiences doing the impressions. I found it difficult to boil the moulds properly. It was even more difficult to align my teeth so they fit the mould correctly. Because of these negative experiences, I kept pushing back doing them over again. It has now been a little over a year since my initial purchase and I still have not turned in the impressions.( I see where I am at fault for waiting so long, but I am still upset.) Instasmile told me refunds of any sort were not an option. They said if I wanted to turn in the impressions I would have to re buy the whole kit over again. I paid over $550 for a final product I never received. In the final analysis I changed my mind completely about wanting them. They remind me of those uncomfortable looking teeth children wear in beauty pageants. Not too mention you arent really supposed to eat in them nor I read are they comfortable.

We are sorry your order has been allowed to expire as it was placed 14 months ago and you did not submit any impressions for 11 months. We advise that orders need to be completed within 90 days however we do give some ****** That said any order that is more than 12 months old, with no contact for 6 months or longer expires as per the contract.Review fromJackson F

5 starsI placed an order with Instasmile in April 2025. I was initially unsure about the product, but the ordering process was straightforward and support staff were responsive. My veneers arrived within the estimated timeframe and fit well without adjustments. Ive been using them for a few weeks and so far the quality meets expectations. 5 starsI am very sorry that so many people seem to be having so many difficulties with Instasmile. My experience couldn't have gone much smoother. They rejected my mold the first time, but the second time worked. After about two weeks my veneers were shipped, and I could not be happier. Everything looks and feels great!
