I bought these products and they did not work the way they were intended to. The case did not protect my phone and the grip was flimsy. I could not use the mount in my car as it required a flat space that I didnt have. I reached out to them 3 days past the 30 day return window and asked for them to allow me to still return it. $116 is a lot of money to people in this economy. Especially when its a product that doesnt work. They ghosted me. Just legit stopped responding. No no we cant or anything. What a terrible business practice. I just want my money back. I will send back the case and mount. The grip was so flimsy it was lost within the first week of me having this.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on the Ohsnap website and I was VERY careful to not agree to the onward package protection. A few minutes later and I received an email stating they added it to my order. This was not authorized in any way shape or form. As this point I'd just like to not do business with this conpany and would like to cancel my order. I ordered a Snap Grip Luxe on February 1, 2025 and paid $47.44 (including shipping). **** still does not have the item ten days later. I have sent several emails to their customer service, and they barely ever respond. The business has not attempted to resolve the problem at all, instead they have told me that **** is running slow and that theres nothing they can do, which is untrue. *** placed orders with several other vendors in the meantime and **** has not been an issue at all. *** also requested a refund multiple times and they have declined to do so.I will never do business with this company again, and advise everyone to stay away from them.Initial Complaint

I purchased a snap grip luxe through their website and it said it was in stock. I received an email that it shipped, but it has not yet been provided to **** for shipping. Ive emailed support and also posted comments on ******** and Instagram with no reply. I was also automatically charged for VIP+ Protection.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. I initiated a dispute on my credit card after poor customer services responses from the merchant. It appears the issue I experienced is a longstanding issue that has been experienced by many others and should be further investigated. - Ordered 11/01/2024 - Purchased a Snap Grip Luxe for $39.99 - Purchased Ohsnap VIP Protection+ through Onward (See documentation)- Total paid (with taxes) $49.93 - The business promises, with the purchase of Ohsnap VIP Protection+, that I would have free returns and exchanges and priority support. (See documentation)- I have tried to return the item, I went on their website to initiate the return but was unable to generate a return label. When I reached out to support ****** ****** said that there was a technical issue and that I would be able to generate my return label. within the next two days.- I have repeatedly tired to resolve this issue and have now been lied to by their support. They stated that the shipping label problem has been resolved and that my shipping label has been created. However this is not the case, there is no shipping label. (See documentation)- My order currently states that my item has been returned however this is incorrect. I have not returned my item nor have a received a refund. I purchased a device (iPhone pop socket) that ohsnap advertises as MagSafe compatible (meaning the phone still charges with the device attached). My phone would not charge with the device attached not matter what power source I used, and was thus not MagSafe compatible with my phone. I contacted their customer service who agreed to send me a replacement. The replacement was also not MagSafe compatible. After I tried all of Customer Supports recommendations to no avail, I asked for my money back as the item clearly does not work as advertised. OhSnap has been sending me the same stock response about not being eligible for a refund as its beyond the 30 days. Purchased replacement phone grips as the previous model I owned from this company needed three replacements in 6 months time. Now they have a new product and it doesn't work 2 months into owning. The product stated there was a lifetime warranty for the product. Now they say it is a limited lifetime warranty, and will only replace if it is within a year of the first purchase date. On April 15, 2021, I ordered an ***** grip (white/grey) from their website. It stated on their website that it came with a lifetime warranty if the grip ever failed. The grip did fail by the elastic of the rubber band loosening. I contacted the company on 09/18/2023 and they told me they will not honor the warranty because they no longer carry the product. From my understanding of the law, if you give a lifetime warranty on a product, you have to honor it regardless of whether it is a discontinued product or not.I would like them to honor their warranty and either replace the item or refund me.Initial Complaint

Very similar to other's issues. Order a product from them, website said in stock 2-7 business days to receive. later got an email that it will be over a month to receive and I cannot cancel order. They are also blocking my accounts on ************ platforms that i made a review or comment on to warning other people.
