    Bought the snap 4 Luxe, worked great for a couple months. Adhesive on the back started to completely peeling off and would no longer stay on the phone or the grip itself. I submitted a support ticket and instead of sending me a replacement, they sent me two new adhesives. Both of these adhesives failed within a month. Now the product is out of warranty and theyre refusing to replace it, even though my original support ticket requesting a replacement was sent within the warranty period. **************** *****. They will send you bandaids and ******** to get you through the warranty period. Then offer you a discount code to purchase the same product again. There are plenty of other options available. *****.

    Beware they are price swapping!!! Gotta love when you email support about price swapping on the website and no one responds, gotta love when a sales person texts you asking how they can help and you inform them that there is price swapping going on and they just tell you to contact support went to get the case version for my phone and it shows on sale for $55 down from $89 and when I go to my cart it is saying before tax it is $69.99. The math aint mathing.

    This store is outright scamming people right before their very eyes. It is truly unacceptable that a business can get away with what they do. I placed an order and nearly ten minutes later realized it would not be compatible with my needs. The cancellation process was thoroughly difficult so I emailed them to cancel and their response was that the couldnt because the order had already been fulfilled and left their shipping facility. Mind you, the order still shows processing and on affiirms end it still even shows as awaiting the merchants approval. So according to them, my choice is to wait to receive the product and return it. But guess what? Returns are super easy, it just so happens that the customer has to pay for shipping costs. They are getting any money they can out of orders, even those that are trying to be cancelled. Never again even considering buying anything from them.

    I ordered a product from Ohsnap! For my husband for Christmas. I never received the product. When I reached out to the company about two weeks after ordering the product they responded by saying my product was in pre-order status. That was on 12-23-23, which was 7 days ago, and I have not heard from them since. I am very discouraged and disappointed. Also, the website states that there is a 30 day refund/return policy but the email that I received after ordering the product states that all orders are final sales. I really just want my money back.

    I ordered a snap 4 luxe and car charging kit in November and it was scheduled to arrive already. I spent over $100. I saw the ads on ******** so watch out!! got an email telling me that the products were delivered but I got nothing. I contacted support and they gave me some kind of canned response that items would be shipped soon even though I already got the notification that it was delivered. I tried to reach out again and got nothing. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card copmany. Dont buy anything from OhSnap!!

    They say 2-7 business days for delivery and it has already been 10 days and still has not shipped. Be careful when ordering with them.

    Oh snap charged me for product without allowing me to view the total. When I thought I was adding items to a cart it was charging my card directly, two minutes later I tried to cancel the transaction when I recieved an automated system claiming it would take two days to respond, the next day the order was processed, after which I recieved another automated system apologizing that the order was already processed and cant be canceled than redirecting me to the return policies which state I must pay shipping.

    I ordered a snap 3 pro grip. It arrived and right when I opened the package and tried to test out ********, it broke! Very cheap material. I look on their website to start a return. They make you pay shipping and handling for returns which I think is lame, but thats not the worst issue. I put my details into the form (order number and email) and a message pops up saying that I cant return items that havent been shipped. So, I see I never got an email indicating the item had been shipped, yet it had already arrived at my doorstep. Wondering if they do this on purpose so you cant return items. Very odd. This whole situation makes this company seem very unreliable.
