I replaced kitchen sink faucet and hot water valve did not work. Called Four Seasons and they sent a tech. He stated that I needed an expansion tank on water heater. I signed work order and when done the problem is was not fixed. Now all the other hot water faucets worked in the house., so expansion tank was not the problem plus he replaced water pressure reducing valve that I was not told of until final bill I thought it was the hot water shutoff valve because it is plastic since all other faucets were fine. It turned out that the new faucet was bad from manufacturer. Was it my fault in explaining problem? I feel that I was taken for a ride and spending **** dollars with problem not fixed.I will eat the tank but think I should be compensated for valve that I was never told about or needed. Tank not needed either but maybe water under the bridge. Would I recommend them and not in my neighborhood since we are all retired seniors and dont want them taken for a ride as they say.

    Business Response

    Hello,

The complainant has been in contact since the initial filing with the BBB and the situation has been resolved. Initially the home had a water pressure reading of 100 PSI which is elevated. This elevation can cause issues within the plumbing which includes leaks from faucets and that is what the technician originally diagnosed as the problem. Since the resolution originally presented did not resolve the problem, our Service Manager, *************************, has been in touch with client to make things right. *** has had a coaching session with technician ***** regarding diagnostics going forward.

Here are all communications with the client via email are attached in word document.
