    Alps Mtn has taken care of my husband and his hearing for several years. They are always happy to assist us and to take care of John. I want everyone to know that they are a family owned business and cares deeply about their patients. We have never had a issue with them or staff.

    This company does not stand behind their 30 day guarantee. No question asked money refunded. I had my hearing aids 21 days after waiting five weeks to receive them. I had two follow up appointments for them to adjust them. I could not hear better with them. They just wouldn’t except that and wanted to keep adjusting them. The Hearing aids where not comfortable my ears itch terribly. I had read other reviews and knew that after the 30 days I would be stuck with them. So after having them adjusted twice I was done.It was hard to get appointments with them only being in the office two days a week. I returned them and then made endless phone calls for the next 2+ months trying to get my refund promise after promise I eventually got a portion of it and was told because I return my hearing aids within three weeks and not the four week full trial. They were keeping a portion of my money . This is a scam ridiculous way to cheat you out of your money. I would not recommend this company and just beware if you choose to deal with them. I don’t know how they keep a good rating with the better business bureau because if you search you can definitely find buried down in the files. plenty of complaints about people trying to get their refunds back . I guess Better Business Bureau isn’t as transparent as I thought it was you have to read the files not just the ratings they give a company.

    This is a very simple matter. The patient came to get help for her hearing issues. We provided the best hearing instruments from her insurance. Patient decided that she did not like anything fitting in her ear and wanted stop the trial and return the hearing aids without giving us a chance to fix the issues at hand. We have multiple things that we could have done to help her. However she would not let us try and make it right. This being said she was able to return the hearing aids and as stated on the contract would lose 15% which she agreed to do. Once the credit was processed and money refund minus the 15% so gave us this review. The contract was signed and she knew this before she ever got the hearing aids. We did nothing wrong and have still offered to help her and choose other options that might make her happier.

    I still stand with my review. This is not a simple matter other than you simply kept my money and didn’t warrant that 100% guaranteed within 30 days at no cost. The contract states you need to have at least two follow up appointments if not satisfied, your money would be refunded. There was never anything stated that 15% of the cost would be kept during that 30 days. It was a nightmare dealing with these people after I return my hearing aids. One story. One lie after another it was totally ridiculous. It was definitely like dealing with a third rate company, you would think if they were as reputable as they say they are, they would not have kept the 15%. I was not told when I return the hearing aids that any money would be deducted from my original payment. I was told from Jeffrey c**** when I return them I would be receiving my money in 30 days. Of course, that is where the nightmare started with phone calls checking my bank account endless times with them saying they had deposited it on a certain date which never happened. I still stand true to my review and tell everybody I know that’s even slightly interested in hearing aids to look at other companies in our area, definitely not Alps mountain affordable Hearing Center .
