We were referred by a friend that had a Steel Building Garage installed that he is very please with the quality, and service. When we were needing a garage we contacted this company and we negotiated an agreement. We are very pleased with our garage and the customer service we were provided. We have since referred one of our friends to Steel Garage Buildings. They now have a garage from this company and are very happy too. Not only does Steel Garage Buildings have quality buildings, but they also do quality work. In addition to that, they have a referral program that makes the whole experience even better!

Buyers beware....This company will take your money and leave you with a mess. It took almost 9 months from the time of order to getting the building installed. They hired an inexperienced 3rd party installer to put the building up. This installer took 3 days to do the install when it was supposed to take one. After installing they left all the garbage, pallets and scrap insulation in the yard. The yard was also torn up by the trailer going in and out of the install site. When asked about the trash and damages, we were told they weren't responsible for repairing any of the damages and picking up the trash. Do not do business with this company!!!

Mr. ****** signed his contract on 3-15-2022 with a requested installation of April/May 2022. An order confirmation email and foundation drawings were emailed 3-18-2023 to *************** and scheduling also called on 3-18-2022 at which time, Mr. ****** advised he was not ready and to put the order on hold. After several months and revisions to the order, on 9-21-2022, Mr. ****** instructed scheduling that he was ready for the building to be installed. The order was sent to manufacturing on 9-21-2022 and scheduled to load and leave the factory on 10-21-2022. On 10-7-2022, we were informed by by Mr. ******'s son that Mr. ******* ****** had passed away and they were cancelling the order. The sales manager left several messages and was told on 10-12-2022 that they were going to take delivery of the building we had manufactured. There were numerous calls with **** and **** ****** between 10-12-2022 and 01-11-2023 regarding scheduling the installation, and on 01-11-2023, **** informed scheduling that they were ready. The building was scheduled to load and leave our factory on 01-23-2022 and installation was completed 01-27-2023. There is no place on this site to upload our documentation, so I will email to **** and BBB. I will be sending copies of all of our notes, the confirmation that was sent to Mr. ****** regarding extra material/packing that will be left at the jobsite and the paperwork required to be signed upon completion. As I mentioned above, we attempted to schedule delivery for months as you will see from all of the documentation I am going to email, so 9 months to get the building delivered is not accurate. We have no control over the weather and the site was muddy per the installer. The installer actually took a lot of the left over material scraps with him because the site was so muddy,. Again, the confirmation explains there will be trash left over and we are not responsible for disposal. and there were no issues noted on the completion paperwork signed by Mrs. ****** on 10-27-2023. The Building is well constructed. The erection crew did a fantastic job. Very proffessional & congenial. Steel Building Garages (Mr. P*******) was very easy to work with on design changes. I wish I would have built it bigger!
