    If you are a woman and want to buy a car, don't go without a man. You will get screwed. They will sell your trade-in before you have been approved for loan. I got ripped off twice. Mostly, because I didnt have anyone with me to make sure i didnt get ripped off. I tried to cancel this deal when I realized what they did, it was supposedly too late. Can't see how they could sell my trade-in until all my paperwork on loan was approved. They were kind to my face, until I tried to cancel, based on false information about trade value for my car and also for the one that I was trying to purchase through this Dealership. I really just wanted them to do the right thing. This company knows they sold my trade-in, before everything was approved. There are more details regarding this case, if needed, I can provide.

    BUYER BEWARE! Hands down this is the most unprofessional dealership I have dealt with! Management is not transparent and makes blanket statements, they have random coupons to lower your interest rate but only if you add extra coverage to your new vehicle. 6 hours in the dealership last to leave and management was no where to be found and when called Derek (manager) he was extremely unprofessional and did nothing to try and save the sale and blamed us for no listening to his blanket statements.

    Horrible experience. Zero stars if possible. I never leave reviews but this is why I hate dealerships. I was hoping this time would be different but it never is. I found a car I liked online, spoke with a salesman who didn’t have a clue what he was doing, did a credit app, and then magically the price went up $4000 with fees and a bull crap “market adjustment.” I was told the car would be held for me while we were negotiating a deal and then the car was sold out from under me. The manager was useless when contacted. Complete waste of time and credit inquiry.
