      I cant access my account and support doesnt want to help me get it back. All they say is there nothing they can do. I would suggest people not purchase anything from Epic Games.

      Matches are all balanced improperly. The business does nothing to ensure a fair and even match for its player base. Many of the players are cheating and ruining the experience for those not cheating. I have kept silent about this issue but I can no longer just sit by while they mentally strain their player base and only glorify those they choose to.

      Would leave zero stars if I could. They are about as transparent as a brick wall, they do not care about ANYTHING that the customers say. We (the customers) are viewed as numbers ($$$) rather than people, and the **** confirms it. In the **** they state that they can indefinitely exploit us and that we have to give up the right to go to court.

      Truly Terrible.They refuse to listen to any issues or complaints and will make any lie to get out of a refund regardless of the circumstance.

      Released a game that is unplayable for 90 percentage of players. Fortnite reload is straight up bullying and harassment for all those casual gamers that loved OG Fortnite. Every player *** ran into for the last 3 hours has been at least diamond ranked in their abilities making it impossible to just enjoy yourself.

      Review Title: Extremely Disappointed with Epic Games **************** I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from **********************. My account was compromised and the email associated with it was changed by a hacker to an unauthorized address. Despite providing extensive documentation to prove my ownership, including screenshots of purchase receipts and previous email communications, I have been unable to regain access to my account.After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including engaging with live chat support, I was directed to create a new ticket on the Epic Games support page. However, the website repeatedly prevents me from submitting a new ticket, citing issues with the email address.Despite my patience and persistence, I have been met with generic responses stating there are "security discrepancies," without any clear guidance on how to resolve them. The lack of transparency and effective support has left me frustrated and helpless.My account holds significant personal and sensitive information, making this matter critical. The inability to recover my account or receive competent support is unacceptable. I have invested considerable time and money into my Epic Games account, and it is disheartening to see such poor customer ******************************, please address these issues with your support system. Users should not have to jump through hoops or face brick walls when seeking help for serious security issues. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to your customer service and support processes.

      Terrible customer support. They claim to encourage reporting misconduct and violations within their games and on their platforms but do nothing about it. They dont really care. Getting a hold of support and making reports is tedious which encourages users to give up on following through. They dont have a customer service phone line. everything is encrypted emails.

      My account was hacked and the account was banned during this time. I contacted support over 10xs to geberic responses from "support" I offered to provide them proof I was out of town, proof of ownership of the account as one point I was told the account wasn't mine. I had this account since 2017 and zero help from epic. Thanks for nothing next time lay off your support

      Only gave 2* because the person I chatted with was courteous. Bought a game that in no way shape or form says must also download separate game launcher in order to play. Brought to their attention to give me the same excuse repeatedly. I understand the policies and rights. I wouldnt ask without the concern. But no actual info is said about needing that. Tried to resolve to no avail

      Epic has a few faults, but when down the line push comes to shove, they handled my issue extremely quickly. As a few others have said here, they did not believe i was who i am. Honestly this is KIND of a good thing. No one would want it to be easy to be hacked into. Aside from needing to impliment a better verification system, my issue has been handled relatively quickly. Once Epic contacted me after my report to the BBB, we communicated with each other and came to the mutual understanding. I have had my account returned to me in full, they were extremely quick once their decision to return my account was made, took maybe ********************************************************************************* the end i am satisfied with the return of my account.(Specially since i had invested over $4k worth of fortnite skins). Even my Creator code is still there, although inactive. Unfortunately i'm going to have to re-apply after getting another 1k followers, but this is a great start. I'll give 3 stars because of the initial time it took. Plus they need better verification. Other than that i am satisfied. Oh and please get rid of the hackers on rocket league. We cannot report them in game because they kick us offline and clear our recently met list.
