My daughter went here for orthodontics. I paid in full, but my ex wife decided to are payments. Hr process went from 12 months to 18 months with every excuse available. We decided to move to *******, since I state college costs are so much lower and found a orthodontist there. They offered to refund my money, the parts that haven't been used, by email I was told I’ll get the refund since I paid in full. Then I find out a week later that my ex wife received the refund not me. Upon calling the office I was told that I was disrespectful, how is that when they sent my money to someone else ? Now I’ve been fighting with them over a week, with no end in sight. I get excuses, such as different operating systems for credit, how my bank screwed up and I need to take it up with them, (so I called they said why would we put a credit on hold) to then find out the Ortho screwed out up again. It’s a never ending vicious cycle. I was required to pay upfront for this procedure, but now that I’m supposed to get reimbursed it’s nothing but excuses. I guess as a dentist they need the money more than I do. Fat chance. Anyone that thinks this is so wrong, you can’t argue with emails from them to me. It’s been a 3 week process so far, pathetic My next conversation will be with the dental board of NC.
