Right before the pandemic, I order a business in a box. Paid about $2-3k with the company to upload and set up the vendors. It never happened. No one would return my calls. I tried to do it myself but I cannot connect the vendors to the website myself. I kept calling and emailing but I was ghosted by this company. Today, 5/25/23, ************** withdrew $182.94 out of my bank account. This company is apparently closed with no way to contact anyone. I had the owners phone number. I texted the him and no response. Very upset money was taken out of my account. I hope this doesnt happen to any of the customers who had done business with **************.Initial Complaint

I purchased a website from Pure-Ecommerce in August 2021 for $2,995. The contract I signed stated I would have 300 products loaded to the site as well as a year and a half of training. A few weeks after I purchased the site, the "product manager" reached out via email asking if I wanted to participate in the selection of the products or if she could select the products herself. I replied the same day and indicated that I would be moving to a different state at the end of October 2021 and once I set up my business in that state I would reach back out to her. She responded and said to reach back out to her once everything was set up. So, in November 2021, once I had everything set up for the business I reached back out to her and received an auto-response that she was no longer with the company and to reach out to the owner **** ******. I emailed **** and he responded by saying they were making some changes to the company and would be back in touch in a week or so. A month went by and I didn't hear anything. I reached back out again and he said he was sorry for the miscommunication and assured me he would deliver what was promised and asked for a date and time so he could call me. I responded with a date and time and never heard back. I've sent numerous emails with no response. In addition to that, I can no longer log into the backend of my site. I had issues logging into the site when I first purchased it and the user name and password had to be changed three times before I could actually log in. Also, the client portal where all the training and support is located is no longer accessible. *********************************************** It's saying the domain name has expired. I would just like them to buy the site back at this point! So disappointed!Initial Complaint

We purchased a website from Pure-eccomerce in April of 2021. We paid almost 10k for the site. We were told we had 300 items that we could assist in picking to be loaded to our site. And we would be given all the training we needed to get going and to be successful with our business. With in 3 months. Contact stopped, and by August, trainings were being canceled and not rescheduled. I emailed and emailed, with no response. Finally sent an email via ********. Got a response from some****** chick, who had no clue what was happening. But she got us in contact with the owner, ***********. He ignored the emails for a few more months. Finally, He set up a call with my husband, which we recorded. He stated he let the businesses fall through the cracks and he was going to work nights and weekends to get it going. For us to give him until the next week. Well, that was 6 weeks ago. No word, no email, no responses. I no longer want to finish the site. They are not trustworthy and I want them to buy our site back.. and a full refund since we paid for training we never got! I want nothing more to do with pure-ecommerce. I want to just get the money back and move forward with another company.Initial Complaint

On May 29, 2021, I paid Pure Ecommerce $2,195.00 to develop an ecommerce website, the contract was signed on June 01, 2021. The contract stated I would receive 300 drop shipped products loaded on my site. This has yet to occur. Beginning in September 2021, I have made repeated attempts to contact the company via e mail and ticket submission and have gotten no response.Initial Complaint

I paid $3500, in December 2020, to Pure ECommerce to make a website for me. As of December 1st, 2021, the website is not completed. I have attempted to contact the company CEO, without success. My last contact with this company was in October. My project manager replied to my email, and told me she does not work for Pure ECommerce any more. Pure Ecommerce explained to me in the beginning, that there is a "10 Step process", regarding our agreement. However, I cannot proceed with this process, until the information from the website is uploaded to the website. When you look at the website at *********************************, today, December 1, 2021, you can see that there is significant pertinent information missing. Information such as "Contact Us", product information, and links to sections, such as "Registry", do not work. The fact that the CEO does not answer my messages, and the email from my "Project Manager", indicating she does not do work for Pure ECommerce any more, lead me to believe work has stopped on the project that I paid for. Since some work was done, I believe I should be refunded $1000, and I will complete the website at myself.Initial Complaint

I have purchased a website in a box a year ago and have yet to get it up and going because of the lack of help i have been getting and the la k of response from the owner. September 2021 became interested in pursuing another business venture. Decided to go with Pure E-Commerce and contacted them thru online advertising. I did a little research into the company but this was not conclusive to the many negative outcomes I have since discovered. I was contacted by Mr. **** ******, CEO. After several professional type conversations I decided to purchase two websites *************************************** for the online pet industry. I also purchased a "Platinum" assistive package to get me going thru the various avenues I would need to become successful. Monies in the amount of $11,500.00 were deposited into Pure E-Commerce account on September 18,2021. I have copies of the transaction. One week later I was still waiting for "account credit". Two weeks later I was still waiting for Project manager assignment and access to the systems I had paid for During this time I repeatedly attempted to contact Mr ******. There was no return email or phone calls. Phone numbers that had been provided went to a common voicemail. Amateur at best. I quickly became suspicious and sick to my stomach at the thought of being SCAMMED. When I mentioned this to Mr. ****** numerous times via email he finally called me with voicemail and said he was sorry he hadn't gotten my emails, they went to spam and he would find out what was happening. I requested my monies back from Pure E-Commerce in the amount of $11,500.00 numerous times. I have never gotten any answer on that issue. I have also spent 350.00 on Domain and Hosting fees. My assigned project manager then emailed me to apologize that she had not contacted me OR worked on my sites as she had not been paid herself. I forwarded her email to Mr. ****** and he then left me a voicemail stating he was going to check this out and that this was not a scam. I don not believe him. I have not received any services that I paid for. I want my money back. This is a total SCAM.Initial Complaint

We paid this business $5000 in February of this year and were made a lot of promises which have not been followed through on. **** the owner promised he would always be there to help after we sign contract but he is unreachable and has been as soon as we signed! I brought up one review to him prior to purchasing with same complaint from someone else and he promised this wasn't the case. We were promised that we would have a product manager to load products etc to this site. She started off being very delayed in responses but is also now unreachable. When trying to call the company we receive a voice mail. Very disappointing! This was suppose to be a website that they were going to help us with from start to finish to get the business running from product vendors and adding these to site to all of the ins and outs of this.Initial Complaint

During the height of the COVID lockdown, I lost my job. I was sent home and began looking for something closer to home. I had been saving with the intention of starting my own business and after finding another position with a former employer, After doing a lot of research on various companies, I decided to invest in a website through Pure Ecommerce. Online shopping was increasing in popularity and necessity and I decided to just do it. I was assigned steps to complete and a Project Manager that I spoke with on a few occasions as well as through email. I lost my job again, due to COVID layoffs shortly after purchasing and had to focus on finding another. I've had a few jobs since then and finally have one that I hope will last, but I have reached out to see if PEC can finish the set up for me and was informed that my PM is on extended leave, the owner has not responded to emails or voice mail, no one answers the phone. I am paying for services needed for the site, but have no site.
