    Very professional company! I was very impressed with the fact that they stayed until the job was done.making sure that my heat and air-conditioning worked!! They installed my heat and air on 8/30/22!!!

    Boer Brothers sent a young man out to my house on Saturday morning 7/16/22 to diagnose my AC problem. The blower worked but the air wasn’t cool. My system is 12 years old. The weather was in the high 90s. He charged $187 for this report: “Arrived on site to find that the AC has not been operating do to the compressor failing internally. After isolating the compressor and ensuring that it is getting proper voltage and also checking the capacitor. The compressor is receiving all power needed to be on an operating I have checked the internal windings they have failed. I will send over an estimate for a compressor replacement and refrigerant. And also an estimate for a new system considering the age of this one here. I have inspected the indoor coil it is heavily rusted seeing that the compressor would not turn on I cannot say the refrigerant levels.” I waited to hear from them to give me an estimate and date to do the work. When Monday passed without any email or call from them I started looking at other HVAC companies. On 7/20/22 a local company came to my house the same day that I called them. After 30 minutes this experienced and caring HVAC specialist told me to shut my windows. My AC was repaired. And it was. I now believe that many of these HVAC companies are just looking to sell new units without really caring at all about the customer’s individual circumstances OR the viability of their systems. And they are sending out people who don’t know how to diagnose or repair the systems they are checking. This is just wrong.

    Hello ******** Thank you for your feedback.  We are saddened to hear that you were disappointed with our service.  We did create the estimate to replace the compressor and tried to call numerous times plus our Service Managers emailed you without any response. Our top priority is the best interest of our customers, we usually provide both a quote to repair and a quote to replace so the customer is fully informed when they have to make such a important decision.  We hope you give us an opportunity regain your confidence in our services.
