      There are no service invoices on file under phone number ************ or the customer's first and last name; ********************* at shop #***  located at ************************************************************. For Take 5 to assist a customer with a service issue we must have a copy of the invoice to reference the service.

      The customer did contact customer service on 3 occasions, the cases were escalated to the district manager. There was no invoice on file so we were unable to assist this customer.

      Please have the customer send a copy of the invoice he received from Take 5 for the corporate customer service team to assist with this complaint

      Took my car to get the oil changed on Monday April 4th. I waited 4 hours then was told that my oil filter had been stripped out. They didn't have the part there so had to drive to Houston to get the part. I wanted to take my car to the dealership to have it fixed, but they refused to give me my car. Because of this I had to rent a car as I needed to get to work and stuff. It cost me $588 for the rental car because my car wasn't ready until April 11th. They refused to rent the car for me and I was told they would reimburse me, but I haven't received the money back. I have called their corporate office twice, but no return call as of yet. I would like payment of the rental car and for the time I missed from work because of this.

      Went for a oil change and the oil plug was not properly put back in during the change and now we are having a oil leak and engine issues from the leak. We went back to this place twice and they still did not re insert the oil plug properly. My 2014 *** has never leaked oil until we had this service from this place.

      I went to Take 5 Oil Change on 04/18/2002 at ********************************************************** to get an oil change. I ask for conventional oil that cost $49.99. I heard the technicians saying they needed different tools to put the oil filter on. After the tech was under my car for about 5 minutes. They told me the cost would be $67.86 because they put in an extra bottle of oil that costed $11.99 that I was not told they were going to put in my car. I paid them and left. When I got home I looked under the car to see if the oil filter was changed. I marked the oil filter on the side with chalk so I would know if it had been changed. I took a look and noticed chalk on the side were I marked it. The old oil filter is still on the car. I want to go to another Take 5 and have them put on a new oil filter and I would like to Know how many oil quarts they put in my car and why it came up to $67.86 cents.

      Store number 42 located ****************** ******* *******. Went in for a routine oil change on my ******** C 400. They assured me they knew how to handle the ********. Immediately upon leaving Car started making noises under the hood blowing oil out the exhaust. After a few days allowed knock from the motor, after a week hard starting. Knocking got much louder on start up. Return to a local take five facility by my home. Only to find out that the car had twice the amount of oil ,the oil filter was not changed nor any fluids topped off. This was all documented by the technicians at take five Location near my home. Car is now at the ******** dealership. Where Im told that the excessive oil in the engine caused massive seal and hydraulic damage. Engine needs full replacement at only ****** miles.

      Take 5 came to a settlement with this customer in Case **********. This issue has been resolved. The customer was sent a settlement agreement and has provided Take 5 with his banking information to close out the settlement on this case.

       

      This complaint has been settled and the customer is being compensated.

      On March , 10 2022, 06:27, I went to Take 5 to get an oil change and also bought two new wiper blades . The wiper blades was ***** each and the oil change was ***** . I had to also pay a shop sevrice charge that was **** . The tax came out to be ***** so all together I was charged ******. Thinking everything was fine on April 15, 2022 , my car oil light came on and a knocking noise in my motor so I had my uncle look at the oil and only had 1 quart and half in my motor when he drained it out so at that moment I knew my motor is about to go out because of lack of oil. So when I contacted them and told them what had happened they tried to put it as my car burning and something about the fuel pump when Im known its not that because I dont have leak or burning or smell my motor brand new and they responsible for my damage to my car I cant go to work because I dont have transportation now and all I want from them is to take responsibility for the damages because my car was running good and smooth my car is a low mile car I dont dont have leaks no where around my motor now I cant get to work to to care of my family because I trusted in take 5 oil I need some then the store manager going tell me its your fuel punch no fuel dont cause your engine making a knocking noise in the motor it was your was paying attention putting oil my car they was to busy talking and laughing and wasnt pay attention how much oil they put my car I need some assistance about this situation

      I went to Take 5 on **** s sooner road on 2/26/22. I got a typical oil change and left. On the week of 4/8/22 I noticed my car was leaking oil and my car started to click on ignition. I then got a check engine light and a low oil pressure warning. I took the car into the fire dealership to service and they found that there was little oil in the car and the reason was a loose oil drain valve. I then contacted take 5 to get compensated for the damage and they opened file TAK-******. It has been 3 days since that was opened and after repeated emails and calls I have not heard back, except for them to say I cannot do any fixes on the car until they inspect. I need them to inspect so I can get the car fixed and have my ******** back available.

      The corporate customer service team received this customer issue submitted through our web site on April 11th. Case TAK-265203 was opened and escalated to the shop manager and district manager that same day (April 11th) The customer followed up with customer service via email for status again on April 11th The customer service representative the complainant was corresponding with was out of the office on April 11th  and followed up with the  complainant on April 13th. The district manager was contacted again asking to contact the customer. 

      I have notified the shop manager & district manger again to advise this customer has filed a complaint with the ********************. A manager will contact the customer to review this complaint.

      On March 5, 2022, my daughter took our 2021 ******* to take 5 for a oil change. After the oil change the next day she notice the service light was on. She took it back in the next couple days after the original service was complete. They stated that nothing was wrong with the car. Over the next couple days, the car started making a noise, so, she took it back. At, that time, they noticed that the oil leaked into the air filter. They admitted that the screws was not placed back correctly also the wrong type of oil was used. At that time, she took the car to *******, where they did their inspection basically, said who ever did the oil change did not put it back together correctly. Now the engine needs to be replace. Tried to resolve this issue with take 5 myself but have hit a road block. The car is under warranty however because this is Take 5 mistake ******* want them to do the repairs. I need for take 5 to repair the vehicle in a timely manner. Please help me with this situation.

      There is a hidden **** fee now added to the receipt with no listing of that in services to be charged prior to payment. This has been added in the last 5 months or so. There is no added service ( even if there was that should be made clear before payment). This isn't legal. I do not know if this is all *********** had an oil change today at ************************************************************************* and such was the case.

It is intended to cover expense of ancillary cleaners, small nuts, bolts, and washers, rags and gloves, etc. used in providing oil change services. The reason you don't see these charges at other oil change shops is they raise their labor rates or, charge more for oil change services compensate for the additional costs.

      Consumer states on 3-11-22 she went to have her oil changed and the man kept asking her what vehicle she had and she said it was a Jeep. Consumer states they do the oil change and the next day she hears clicking in her motor. Consumer states she gets to her daughter's house and the oil light came on. Consumer states she tried to drive the vehicle back up to the business and her vehicle shuts off in the middle of traffic. Consumer states she had her grandchildren in the vehicle and cars are almost hitting her. Consumer states her vehicle starts smoking and she lifted the hood and there was oil everywhere. Consumer states she called the company and told them what happened and they had the vehicle wrong in her file. Consumer states she told them that was not her vehicle that they had on record. Consumer states the company came out and put the ************** and oil filter in her vehicle again. Consumer states she barely made it to their shop as the car was smoking and making noise. Consumer states she told them she wanted her whole system flushed out. Consumer states they told her that the machine they used to do that was not working. Consumer states they came and got the vehicle and towed it to a shop phone number ************. Consumer states they still have her vehicle and she has called their main office and they have not called her back. Consumer states she has been talking to *** at Take 5 but consumer believes they have ruined her vehicle. Consumer states the main office called her and he had her vehicle make and model wrong as well. Consumer states they have charged her twice. Consumer states the main office said they were going to check in to it and call her back but they never did.

And the only reason why is they're giving me $2,000 because they put my car and porpoises poor condition on the ***** Bluebook they specified it was in poor condition when it came in and that's just not true that's not true at all
