  6/7/2022 I went into brakes for less to get my vehicles brakes done. I dropped my car off to get the $200 brakes change and told them I was having to gauge my stopping point (low pedal) but I was told there was no more and had to get $300 metallic brakes. I got a call after I dropped my car off and was told that I need my back rotors done but an employee said my vehicle does most of the braking in the front so I dont need to get them done right now. After I pick my car up and have paid **** tells me that I need to get my rear left bearing fixed never told me it would affect the breaking after I get in my car noticed it feels like my brakes arent done. So I decided to take my car back and have them look at it and say Im still having the same problem with low pedal and **** proceeds to tell me that my car wont break correctly if I dont get the bearing fixed. If that is the case there shouldve been a prior inspection on my vehicle to let me know that the brakes are not your problem the wheel bearing is and there obviously wasnt a brake inspection done like the procedure/policy before the brakes are done that the website calls for its also listed on the counter in the shop. So when I return the next day .**** tells me theres nothing he can do because your parts are gone bruh and Im not getting a refund. I call to file a claim I talk to two people on different days and I had to call back after being put off till the next week after telling me there was a file claimed . And when I call back nobody had a claim with my name on it and nobody even knows about my claim I had to re explain it multiple times. Everyone I talked to was rude and made it seem like there was nothing they can do for me even though there was a flaw in procedures dealing with my vehicle leading to my car being messed up even more than when I bought it in. When I tried to call and file a claim I was put off and was treated badly by ****** the claims manager.
