      Bank of America is greedy and does not care about its customers bottom line. I found a ******************** hardship called all of my Banks for all of my credit cards and set up payment plans they reduced my interest and worked something out so I didn't have to file bankruptcy Bank of America is laughable they refuse to do anything except keep hitting me with the full interest charge and late payments. I want to pay back all my debt I do not want to file bankruptcy the only offer they made was to call a credit counselor who wanted me to pull money out of my **** because I gave them my income and my allowances and they still wanted me to come up with extra money. I called Bank of America again and told them that their settlement offer wasn't feasible for me and their credit counselor was not feasible for me told them every other bank was working with me and reduced the interest and made me a payment plan and they absolutely refuse. How can you be so greedy and not allow somebody something of a break if they're trying to pay you everything you owed. So bank of america is pushing me to file bankruptcy instead of just working w me. Just greedy n uncaring

      This bank made a mistake and duplicated a fraud dispute claim on my behalf that caused a credit to be applied to my account that was not authorized by me. They later took the money during a time that had lapsed in banking. This caused tremendous harm and jeopardizing factors to my life. When addressed as a banking error and not a customer error the bank continued to process a return of the duplicate credit and disregarded the mistake as the banks error. I the customer had to pay for the banks mistake.

      Opened an account and was told everything was good. Even went in to a branch and showed proof of who I was. Next thing I know they closed my account without notification. They couldn't make up thier mind to why it was closed. Now they are claiming they never received my VA payment and im fighting to get it back. ********** ever!

      Ive been with Bank Of America since 2017! I NEVER! Use my debt card only my ***** Pay. I am also a surgical technician who travels FREQUENTLY! My card was stolen from my mom rehabilitation center where she is currently a resident and was use for ******* trips totaling in the amount of $1450! In ****! Bank of America didnt send a fraud alert! Stop the payment nothing! They allowed the payment. When I disputed the amount on April 21st I was advised 10business days for my money. I called May 2nd which was a Friday and was advised that my credit would be in my count Monday May 5th. I asked the person to verify and they placed me on hold and stated they spoke with their manager and my money would be in my account. Today May 5th there is no money and Bank Of America is doing nothing about what I was told and advised they cant tell me when Ill get my money back! Ive put over ****** in this account ALONE! & for ******************** to allow some to steal my money! Lie to me & not give me my money is wrong! & I want answers and solutions!

      I am a senior citizen and I was standing in line at Bank of America on *********************** in ***********, ******** for what seemed like forever. I was sweating and shifting my weight from one leg to the other. I get to the front of the line and the black teller refused to wait on me. I heard her tell her co-worker **** that she would take the girl with the baby next. The girl with the baby had just walked in and was in the business line and **** was handling business customers. When it was my turn. She refused to wait on me. She beaconed for the girl with the baby to come to her window. I said "I'm next!" She said " You don't mind if I take her." I said, "Yes, I do mind!" The teller ignored me and beaconed again for the girl. I just left upset and couldn't believe what had just happened. I needed some fresh air and I needed to get to work. I just don't understand why any organization would put anyone before a senior citizen.

      I had a recruiter call with *** on April 18th with recruiter ****** ****** for the ******** AML Refresh *************************** I was so excited to have the opportunity. When it was time for the call, she called me 15 minutes late. When she finally called me, she apologized and told me to her about myself. Of course I told her a little bit about me. She went on to say this is onsite position and asked me if I had any of the questions. I was really confused on what was going on. Usually with recruiter calls, they will tell you about the company, about the position and so on. I didnt get any of that. It seems like she really didnt want to talk to me. The phone was literally 4 minutes! Never had a recruiter call that short. Then an hour later I get an email stating I didnt get the job. This experience was really heartbreaking because I was excited and that wasnt what I expected. I feel like I didnt get an opportunity at all.

      I wish to put zero stars. They closed our business account without any reason or any explanation. All funds they can send only with check. Its already 2 months left, we still waiting. Every time we call they say they will send shortly. They dont care about their customers. Their customer service is horrible, you need to spend ours of waiting. ********** in **. I hope they will be closed at all, such bank shouldnt exist in us.

      I would give negative stars if I could. Ive been a loyal Bank of America and Merrill Edge customer and Preferred Rewards member for almost 10 years. I have had $2Million with them. I recently needed to execute an international wire transfer for an overseas property that I am purchasing. Bank of America immediately halted my request as fraud. After calling Bank of America and answering all of their questions, they decided to freeze my account for suspected fraud. The agent then started lecturing me about how I am getting scammed for purchasing property overseas and out of the millions of Bank of America customers, not one has ever purchased property overseas using international wire transfer. He then started asking me irrelevant and personal questions about why I am in another country (I am am American citizen and passport holder working overseas), all of which had nothing to do with processing a wire transfer request. At the end of the day, its my money. If I want to throw it in the trash, its my business. I dont need a lecture from an ignorant agent. So then he locked my account. I cannot even get access now to the $450,000 that I have in the account. He said that I must travel to *** and present myself in person to be verified. Absolutely UNFU..ING BELIEVABLE. I called again to see if I could get some recourse to unfreeze my account so that I could at least get my money out, and the agent told me that there is nothing that can be done because its suspected fraud even though I am the one who initiated the wire transfer. So now, my $450,000 is being held hostage until I go back to the **, which I cannot do for at least 6 weeks because I am working overseas. How can so much power be given to a frontline customer service agent. Do NOT bank with these disgusting people. As soon as I get to **, I will get my money out and never bank with them again.

      I have 2 fraudulent claims totaling almost 6k that was taking out our permission! One claim was done in February 28th and March 5th. Since then *** had submit 11 documents to support that this was a fraudulent charges. Nothing has been deposited back to my account. They are rude and very unprofessional. They will try everything possible not give you your funds back! They have closed and reopened my claims for NO REASON! Just so I can start all over again in the waiting process! I believe this bank is also a fraudulent bank and shouldnt be able to do this to customers who have trusted theyre hard working money to put in there bank just so they can actually keep our money! DONT JUST YOUR MONEY GOING TO BANK OF AMERICA!!

      As of last week I was promised the money to go in 24/48 hours on Tuesday when I didnt see the money instead I got a denial again! After they had asked me for all these documents they wanted for nothing. That day I was upset when I called because Ive had enough! They opened it again but closed it yesterday and reopened it again the same day! The agent asked me for all these documents that yall already have and was denied 11 in total thats why I knew they dont see anything Ive sent or they wouldnt be asking for them?! I spoked to an agent and she asked me to get a police report annd send it to yall and that all I should need! Well I got it yesterday and yall have it too! Lets see if they give me my money back! Ive submitted the police report as of yesterday! We just want our money back!
