Ive been waiting for a check to come from them for over a year now ,Ive had it reissued twice and still never received it so I call the claims **** again to reissue it again thinking there was a issue with my mailman or mail only to be told it hasnt been reissued yet because their back office is behind !? ?? this is a supervisor telling me this to by the way,** currently waiting to speak to someone above her who can actually help other than reissue another request which it doesnt make a difference if theres 1 or 50 it doesnt speed their employees up any or your case . At what point is it illegal that my money is being kept from me and they wont offer me any other solution except mail ? This is absolutely ridiculous and should be unacceptable for a bank of this scale 0 of 5 stars highly WOULDN'T recommend! Ive been waiting for this money technically since Covid absolutely ridiculous & also some of the most clueless support representatives Ive ever dealt with in my entire life. I hope they see this and fix my issue now ! Like last week now ! Im over the unprofessionalism fix your issues in your back office and hire some people to work instead of being so slow It takes them a year to reissue anything . And now theyre telling me some more nonsense! Never bank here again

Horrible horrible communication. Unable to reach a live rep for important reasons. Takes at least 30 mins to an hour to reach a human!Also, almost impossible to pay off an entire balance! Which I finally did but they spoke down to us and acted very aggressively at times

Big and Apathetic.20 minute hold times on the phone.I asked why hold times are so long. I was told that they are "really busy and have high call volumes". I then said well you better staff up because my other cards do not have over 2 minute hold times. Honestly, does customer service think it is valid excuse that they cannot handle their own call volumes??They also think cut copy and pasting the same response over and over is acceptable as well.

Their ATM'S are NON/FUNCTIONAL..MULTIPLE times I could not withdraw money....I went to (3) Bank of America's trying to withdraw money...and it stated transaction cancelled...after speaking with customer service they had no answer..and nothing was wrong with my card...CLOSING my account...

They ****. They keep money They owe you, don't give you interest on it. They tell you when you are going to get your refund, but it doesn't arrive. They don't pay a penalty as we have to if wr don't make our payment on time when we owe them. It's been over 3 weeks and still waiting on my refund and getting the run around.
