      These people called and harassed my family for months starting mid last year. Someone even went to my mothers home looking for me! SMH They never even called my phone and when I did call back ****** ************, I was threatened to be taken to court and have federal charges pressed against me. I was told that I owed some company from 2008. Not only did I not take out any loans with said company, but I filed full chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2012! These people have failed to provide me with any documentation for who I "claim" to owe this money to, and they have taken over $1100 from me. When I tried calling the company after the initial call, all phone numbers were disconnected. I just want my money back and stop harassing me and my family. This company is a FRAUD!

      my name is ***************************** with sunset solutions group , we dont harass or use illegal tactics.  we are a third party collection agency ,if we called the consumer in reguards to a debt then we had the right to do so at that time that means the account was placed with our office.  before we take payments from consumer we send out docusigns for the consumer to sign witch gives us authorization to run the payment. we checked all docusigns over the last 2 years there is none in her name. we also checked the merchant account thoroughly over the last 2 years theres no p[ayments in her name . i believe this consumer is mixing our company up with another agency. as far phone numbers we are in collections each collector has there own number after a while do to the spam likely a lot of phone numbers get burned. so we have the tendency to change numbers every 6 months. other wise we would never make contact with our consumers /debtors

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      Very convenient for you all switch numbers every 6 months, other collection companies don't do that which makes it more interesting that you do. 

      You are being dishonest.  Your agent definitely did harass my family and your rep did threaten to have me arrested in 24 hours had I not agreed to pay. Left voicemails and even when I called the number left, the lady said that I had multiple infractions and that I needed to agree to payment arrangement or you would file for a warrant for my arrest at my local county building. 

      I asked for proof of said debt, she said that it would be mailed to me and I never received a thing. I have been trying to call for months now and your phone numbers were disconnected well before the 6 month timeline in which you claim that you all switch numbers. Event the company name, number and address that you have connected to my payments is FAKE!  You all provided a false statement to my credit card company. I clearly stated that I had no idea what you all were speaking of and that I did not take out any loans. I also asked for proof and you all said that I would have to enter the agreement first and you would send documents. Well according to this statement you gave my credit card company, you told them that you told me to contact you after last payment and that you would send out documents then. It's funny how anyone could be expected to call you when two months later all numbers disconnected, address (ALSO IN **************) and phone number on my statements, FAKE! Oh and my family still has the harassing voicemail even AFTER they told you to cease contact LIAR!   Even your  non existent website is  fraud!

      I truly believe the consumer has sunset solutions group mistaken for another company , again we searched all records and  we have no records of this consumer ., Further more we dont except credit card s for payment . We only use pinless debits. So it was not us that  was in contact with her credit card company.  I dont no of any collection agencies that goes out to there consumers house ,Sunset solutions group has never done that . Sunset solutions group has never changed there number within 2 months .

      It seems like this consumer is really  pooring it  on with all these accusations . My industry is getting all the back lash all the bad mouthing from all  over the country ****** now. I get it times is hard  for a lot of people right now people jus cant afford to pay there debts. We still havee a job to do.

      everyone is not a scam. i been a bill collector since 1996.  i been in buisness for my self since 2012. in this day and age some of these consumers use the fraud tactic to try and get out of paying there debt.bill collecting is not the best of jobs but somebody has to do it .

      On December 21 2022 I got a voice message from ************ @ 11:24 am saying I had to respond to this matter or my attorney need to. That not doing so would result in actions being taken against me. So to call **************. So I call them at 11:48 am. A lady who wouldn't verify herself asked for my name then ssn. I didn't give it her my son but said ************************* then she gave me the name ******************* and last of my son. I agreed it was legit. Then started saying I owed *************************** an they were going to *** me take money by garnishment ect. I stated several times I'd paid it she wasn't hearing it. I said I'd pay it to keep from being ***d for a bill I'd already paid one of their offices. She sent documents for me to sign my electronic signature and took my credit card number and information. After signing documents she came back on saying they couldn't except my credit card had to be a debit card. So she hung up after she told me to call back by December 23 2022. I didn't because I've already paid this bill to one of their other branches over 2 years ago. I had to send money orders. The debt then was alot different to in amount. I had proof of this on my phone until August of 2022 an my phone had to be factory reset cause I was hacked. Now they are trying through a different office to collect. ***************************** was the person I dealt with before. He never sent my debt resolved letter or debt paid off letter. Thus company is trying to fraudulent scam me into paying a debt that no were to even be found one. Second *************************** filed federal bankruptcy on their medical bills in 2015. An third it wasn't properly filed with insurances in February 2011. I has ******** and medicad I never received any medical bills do to this. ***** general refused to file it properly cause of a medical malpractice i was threatened to fale against them. I've paid sunset solutions in 2019 or 2020. I don't owe this debt.

      The initial contact with this consumer was in 2022 . There was no payments made to our company by this consumer .The debt was placed with ** from another collection agency witch we sign non disclosure agreements with. We do not except mail in payments , all of our payments are pinless debit .IF the consumer mailed  in payments it was not to our office . Sunset solutions is  a sole proprietorship we have no other branches. When a complaint escalates to the bbb , we remove all phone numbers out of our system. consumers are no longer contacted by our office. files are to be sent  back to seller or client.

      I continue to receive calls from multiple numbers including ********** from a company that has a business address in ******** yet they call from a scrambled number to look like its a local call. Leaving the following harassing and bullying messages which I took from the message transcript directly. I removed my last name since this is a internet filed complaint for privacy. Hello this message is solely for ******************** name is savanna ************* I'm with the compliance officers of the sunset solutions group in their associates we have been retained for multiple in fractions and violations under your name and Social Security number if you want to try and settle this matter before we thinking _?_ a local jurisdiction I strongly suggest you press want to speak to a live agent if you _?_?_ currently represented by counsel please have them give us a call on your behalf you may also return our call at 833-912-3597They are making allegations that Ive made infractions which makes it sound like a crime and that they will move forward filing court documents as if ** completed a formal act which is harassing and intimating. When I looked up the compnant it showed they are a debt collector based in ******** yet they did not disclose who they represent nor was anything presented in writing to prove the legitimacy of their claim or reason for contact. This should not occur and should be handled I. Writing to provide proof of the claim if theres really one. Id like for the care or calls to stop and provide anything In Writing regarding this matter.

      I have received the complaint , after reviewing this incident according to the employee the message  never stated the consumer committed a crime, apparently there was a message left for the consumer it seems like she miss understood the message according to the employee.The message was notifying the consumer that she had a matter in our office and to call us back.

      company policy when we recieve complaints that escalates threw the BBB we close the account  , we remove all phone numbers and personal information we place the account under do not call.within thirty days account is sent back to the client.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have the voicemail I did not misunderstand what was said it was a clear message and the wording was very clear.  Stating a compliant was filed and would go to authorities in the message there was no confusion what so ever. This is a form of  verbal harassment, intimidation, and bullying by this company when they never stated what the matter or or even confirming if information they had was correct. To leave a message in that nature on someone phone is harassment and bullying which can impact someones mental health. Especially when you have no idea as to what the matter was or information associated with but references going to local authorities when you have committed any acts which would warrant that.

      I keep getting calls from this company saying it is a compliance officer. The voicemail states there is issues with my name and social security number and want me to call back. I have no idea who this company is have received no mail from them no emails or explanation of who thry are. My phone marks them as spam when they call. I only recieve these odd robotic voicemails from this company.

      hello to whom it may concern , my name is ***************************** owner of sunset solutions group llc, i recently got a complaint , i pulled the file from the complaint  i  had all numbers removed and i changed the status of  the account accordingly to  do not call.  we forwarded the account back to the original creditor per our company policies and client agreements. so the consumer will never be called again from this office again

      received phone call from someone claiming to be from sunset solutions stating that there are "multiple infractions and violations under your name and social security number". I do not have any debt that has gone to collections, and there are multiple online complaints about this company

      i removed all of ************************* information out of our system,i  forwarded everything back to the client.i reported the debt uncollectable do to the fact we had the wrong party. The consumer will not recieve anymore phone calls from this office.

      Keep receiving calls for some unknown person. She did not identify the debt nor did she identify the person she is attempting to contact. I do not have any responsibility for the debt they are trying to collect. I've tried to make attempts in contacting them back the contact email listed on their website is invalid as well as the phone number listed on their website. The number she gave to contact back was not answered. They have not followed the federal guidelines for debt collection and have been spam and harassing me calling from multiple numbers. There has been no mail communications regarding this issue and this is a fraudulent company.

      It was  a wrong number if she can   give us the number that was being called we can remove it  from our  data, that  happens sometimes, especially when we are dialing a bunch of numbers , i dont  no what doesnt show up as spam now  days  for example  .when my cell phone company ******* call me they show up as spam . the phone number that shows up on our website is correct  ************

      This company has been calling me relentlessly for days! They have even some how managed to get my family's numbers are and calling them! They have been unable to provide me with any correct information, asking for me by my maiden name. I have no owed debts to them! This is harassment and must stop!

      In regards to complaint number ******** we looked in our system for a *************************** to see why she keeps receiving phone calls. we do not have a *************************** in our system , we even tried pulling it up by the phone number and it was not in our system .so i dont no how we could have made continuous phone calls to this  consumer.

      This company has been calling me about 3 or 4 times a day from different numbers for at least the past month. An employee named ******** from the compliance department has been leaving a voicemail saying I have an important matter with their office with my name and social. I am not sure what this company is and I have never received any documentation from this company about any debt owed. I would really appreciated if you would stop all communication by phone and proceed only in writing to show me proof and verification of any debt.

      The company policy for complaints such as these  are to cease all communications with said debtor. We will close out all numbers for debtor . Anything that we have for said debtor , we will resend in writing .If no response within the next 10 Buisness day we close the account out of our office . Deemed as uncollectible

      Sunset Solution Group first contacted me on 08/30/2022 from ************. They were calling for my husband, claiming he owed a debt and to press 1 if I wanted to talk to a representative to settle the matter. I pressed 1 and a lady answered wanting to know my name and info. I didn't want to give that until I could be sure it was a reputable source, so I said "well you contacted me, so I'm not sure why I need to give you my name." She immediately got angry and raised her voice asking repeatedly for my name. I wouldn't give it to her, so she hung up. So I called back and she answered with "********************* is he available" I said 'I'm not telling you that and don't call and harass me for my info and then hang up on me or i will call the police". She then proceeded to say that the "police couldn't do s*** to her, f*** you bitch" and hung up. I tried to call back a couple of more times to see if I could get someone o. the line that was more reasonable but someone picked up the phone and hung up a couple of times and then the last time it was busy. Since then I haven't heard anything until today. They called with the same automated message and said to press 1 to speak to a representative. So I did and the line was busy. I wrote down the number they gave me to call ************, so I called it and it's busy too. Now if this any kind of reputable source that we owe money too, they need to work on their customer service skills and get phones that work. I would appreciate if they didn't call me whatsoever though. If they have debt we need to pay, they need to be mailing us something to prove their legitimacy.

      Hello to whom it may concern , I need the employee that she spoke with name and extension, and I can try and see if that conversation is recorded . Ive never heard any of our employees talk to a consumer like that in my office .if we do find a recording with an employee speaking to a consumer in that type of way . That employee would immediately be escorted out of the office and will no longer be employed .Also when we receive BBB complaints no matter what  the nature of the complaint is . We remove all the consumers phone numbers we discontinue working the file , if it is a client based file ********** back to the client . If its a purchased account we deem it as uncollectable we remove from the server .
