I have asked numerous times for this company to stop calling and harassing me. *************************** continues to call and harass me even though I have told her that she has the wrong phone number. She keeps asking for some guy by the name of *********************. She even went so far as to call and leave me a voicemail and said I thought I would call because I figured you missed me. This is straight up harassment and I want it to stop. I have tried every number I could find to contact this company to no avail. This was my only option.Business response

Hello to whom it may concern , My name is ***************************** CEO with Sunset Solutions Group llc, I am responding to complaint number 16955016.When we recieved this complaint from the BBB in reguards to the consumer **** cox and the continuous wrong number phone calls to her residence for a ********************* . We decided to completely close ***** ******************* out our office ****** away we was not having any luck with the this consumer , ********************* .Doing that wipes all of phone numbers on mr ****** file out of our system, including **** *** phone number. Mrs . *** I apologize on behalf of my company and I can assure you that you will not recieve another call from our office .

***************************, reached out to contacted my husband by phone, on 12/6 at phone number ********** searching for me by maiden name, *************************. She did not identify the debt. I do not have any responsibility for the debt they are trying to collect. I've tried to make attempts in contacting them back the contact email listed on their website is invalid as well as the phone number listed on their website. The number she gave to contact back was not answered. They have not followed the federal guidelines for debt collection. If they believe this is a valid debt I am requesting they mail me the documents that make them believe that and provide detailed account information from the original debt [includng but not limited to name, account number, originator, and date]. Stop all other communication with me and with this address, and record that I dispute having any obligation for this debt. If they stop your collection of this debt, and forward or return it to another company, please indicate to them that it is disputed. If they report it to a credit bureau (or have already done so), also report that the debt is disputed.Customer response
