      My son went to get gas from that Circle K when he was driving the car his check engine light came on a few days later so I took it to get diagnose ********** in ********* on *************** they did the code and found out that the gas was contaminating and its costing $728. I feel like they should take responsibility because they sell contaminate gas and I have documentation from **********

      I am rejecting this response because:I did speak to someone at the store the supervisor and she gave me a case number ********. I do not have the receipt, but I did screenshot the transaction from the online banking. When I try to submit the documentation and saying its too big, is there a way that I can email it?

      On 12/19/2024, I visited the store *************************************************** to purchase gas and noticed fuel leaking from one of the pumps. Concerned for the safety of myself and others, I reported the issue to the manager on duty (a red-haired woman). Her response was not only dismissive but shockingly unprofessional.She witnessed the leak but failed to take immediate action to resolve it, leaving customers at risk.She became loud, abrasive, and even swore in front of other customers, creating a hostile environment.When I requested to speak with her district manager, she claimed to have called them but refused to let me communicate directly or provide contact details.This experience was deeply frustrating and unacceptable, especially given the safety implications of a fuel leak. As a paying customer, I should not have been treated with such hostility while raising a valid concern.Resolution Sought:I am requesting:Confirmation that the fuel leak has been addressed.A thorough review of this managers conduct, including appropriate disciplinary action.Assurance that the company will prioritize customer safety and professionalism in the future.If I do not receive a response, I will escalate this matter further through public platforms and consumer advocacy channels.

      Made a $15 food only purchase. Employee was acting weird behind the register asking me to verbally confirm order was accurate (which it was on the screen - was only a few snacks). I get notifications on my phone once my CC is charged and didn't get one until I got home (which is odd and very delayed). I looked at the notification and saw a charge for $45 was made instead of $15. Went back to the store and they said I had been charged an additional $30 for gas (which myself and the clerk knew was incorrect). I asked for a refund which they refused to give me stating their drawer was short.. They gave me a $30 gift card. Attempted to use it days later and it was declined due to lack of funds.

      On 8/15/2024 between 730am-815am, I went to Circle K to get gas. I used my debit card, put in my pin and immediately it said "cancelled." I tried again. It did the same thing, and I noticed it gave a little slip of paper that said transaction cancelled (I did not notice the paper the first time). I knew I had money in the bank for the transaction. Both times, it said see attendant. I was running late for work, so I tried another pump, and it did not work again. I noticed that day that the bank had a charge on my account from ********************** for $105.25. I called the gas station on, explained to the person what had happened, and which pump I was at (The one closest to Arby's on the right side if you are facing the store). His response was "Oh yeah, that pump does that a lot." He said I would have to call my bank. I called the bank; they said it should clear after the nightly run as it looks to be a "hold". The following day (8/16/2024), it was not cleared. I called back to the store asked for a manager, the lady said that she could not do anything and to call and dispute it with my bank. I called the bank. They told me it should have cleared after the run on the night of the 15th, they filed a dispute. This was a weekend so I knew nothing would post. I waited several weeks and got no word back from the bank. I called the bank, they said they cannot dispute it since I used my PIN, I had to have the store give me a receipt. I called to the store, explained what the bank said, at this point it had almost been ************************************************************************** 90 days. 2 managers (1 said, "it was when all that happened") searched their records, and it was past their time frame. They sent the info to corporate. The never called me. I went online to file a complaint. They never reached out. I still do not have my money back and I NEVER GOT GAS!!! No one will help me! Please help.

      0n Sept 3 2023 our rental vehicle was damaged by the Circle K car wash. The manager at the store in **********, ** took pictures and saw there was a problem. A claim #******** was denied by the Circle K company and we are being charged on our insurance and a deductible of $499 by Enterprise Rent A Car for the repairs. We do not feel this is our responsibility and are asking for your assistance in resolving this matter.

      Good morning, 

      Claim ******** was initially investigated by adjuster ***************************** and a liability decision was assessed by myself after his exit from the company. ****** gathered all supports from store level and attempted to reach the claimant on 9/26/2023 with no return communication on file. Claim ******** was denied by myself on 3/11/2024 after the customer reached back out on 3/8/2024. Damages presented are not consistent with a malfunction of our car wash. Damages to the drivers front fender are consistent with operator error in placing the vehicle too close to the equipment upon entry. Additionally, no repairs or work orders were required for this wash to indicate it was operating outside of normal standard. 

      Circle K strives to investigate each and every damage claim to ensure we are accepting responsibility for those in which we are liable. Unfortunately, claim ******** involving ********************* was assessed to be outside of our scope of liability.

      For last one month I am trying to redeem CircleK gift card but getting no help from the stores, or the customer care lines. I visited several ********************** in *******, ** but the transaction fails with the reason code "bank not on file". Circle K gift card support center at ************ couldn't resolve the issues during two support calls. They directed me to SouthEast customer service center at ************. I have left 4 messages on the voice line of this office but haven't heard back. I have so far drove 40 miles and spent 2 hours driving and calling the support centers trying to redeem this $25 gift card. I have ************* records of all calls if needed. If CircleK can't make the gift card work then they should refund the face value of the card.

      I was at your gas station **** ******** ********* *****z. at the end of November. I used the vacuum to clean my car unfortunately unfortunately the vacuum Vacuumed my ring that was dropped by accident. I went to the gas station and the associate there could not help me. They said I have to call the machine company. I called them several times and no one was able to provide help or support. I got sick with Covid. I couldnt call back or go back to the gas station up until two weeks ago I went back to the gas station and got the name of the store manager ****** and I told her the problem and she said shes going to try to help me. I have not heard back from her still I keep calling CSC service works and I wanna hold for hours. No one is able to help me when I get someone on the phone they say someone is gonna call you back, but no one ever called me back , I need someone to meet me at the machine hoping that my ring is still sitting there. This is a scam. This is the worst experience I have ever been through. No one is picking up the phone at the Circle K corporate office customer service no one is helping me at **********************. This is shameful . You need to have some good customer service for your people who are using your service and care about their issues and needs and provide the appropriate service support. I need someone to call me back as soon as possible.Thank you

      On 9/5/2023 at 7pm-7:15pm I purchased a car wash at this location and went through it following the instructions of the car wash. The car wash jammed my car and broke and cracked front bumper on the left side in multiple places. The clerk in the gas station working at the time, said that it happened to at least 4 people and come back the next morning and the manager will help me. He was talking on the phone with someone about it. This damage will cost over thousand dollars to fix. The manager of the gas station told me that her carwash couldn't do it and her employee doesnt know what he is talking about. She did not help.

      I went here to pump gas in my car, I have to use ************ more. This is the third time that Ive gone here and pushed 93 octane and once I started pumping I looked and it was 89 octane that was being pumped. This time I didnt catch it like I did the two times before. The two times before they were able to reset the pump and try it again. Tone of those times it switched to the 89 octane again. I cannot use 89. octane in my car. I immediately brought it the attention of the person at the register and was told to call back and speak to the manager. I did call back and explained all of this to the manager and she said that shed put a work order in and that shes never heard of it doing this. I cannot be the only one that has complained about this issue. My car needs to have that gas taken out of my car. By the service center
