              0n Sept 3 2023 our rental vehicle was damaged by the Circle K car wash. The manager at the store in **********, ** took pictures and saw there was a problem. A claim #******** was denied by the Circle K company and we are being charged on our insurance and a deductible of $499 by Enterprise Rent A Car for the repairs. We do not feel this is our responsibility and are asking for your assistance in resolving this matter.

              The Easy Pay process is extremely suspicious. After I gave them my checking account information and my address and my phone number and my email, they emailed me that they couldnt confirm so they wanted a picture of my drivers license and a utility ****! REALLY? Who owns Circle K - ******?
