Order #: XXXXXXXXXX was placed on 8/10. I received shipping tracking. Tracking shows that it was being returned to shipper because it had to many labels on it. Belk then created order number XXXXXXXX on 8/13 and said it would be expedited. Today 8/18 it still has not shipped. When I called in today they said it could not be expedited because its shipping from a vendor. I was told on 4 separate chats that it would be expedited. You no longer show it in stock online so i fear your vendor does not have it to ship. However belk refuses to call bissell to find out. I have called bissell to check status. I am now dealing with Belk and Bissell and getting no where. This is a total nightmare. This needs shipped asapBusiness response

I was in the process of buying few items and was about to pay, when website offered additional 20% discount if I apply for a "Belk" credit. I have applied for a credit and received an approval with temporary card number and coupon code, however, I was not able to checkout because temporary credit limit was issued for only $250 which was not enough to complete the transaction, I have contacted the credit department and they told me that when I receive my card by mail in 7-10 days , I will get full credit limit which will cover the purchase, but in the meantime, I am not able to use coupon because I must use only ""Belk" credit. So this is not making seance to me at all. If during the checkout, "Belk" promises additional 20% discount just for opening "Belk credit" why in the meantime I am not able to complete my purchase and use promised coupon? Tried to contact customer service several times and they were not able to help.Business response

I paid to have a pair of earrings to be shipped out to me on 7/27/21 with order number XXXXXXXXXX and paid $332.50 and never received the order. I contacted the company on 8/2/21, 8/5/21, 8/8/21, 8/11/21 and on 8/13/21 and I keep getting the runaround. I was told management would look into the matter and as of 8/13/21 no one has looked into the matter. The item was never delivered to me but yet I have no item and no money. I was advised by one of the representatives to file a complaint because it should have been resolved in 5 days and it has surpassed * days.Business response

Order date 08/10/2021 Order number XXXXXXXXXX Item ordered XXXXXXXXXXXXX Motion Flex Wool Pants size 38 x 34. I was sent Motion Flex Wool Pants size 36 x 34. Called Customer Service and spoke with Natalie @ X-XXX-XXX-XXXX to no avail. I am very disappointed. I want my pants sent to me in the correct size that I ordered immediately. I have pants that I am unable to wear. They are too small for me. I saved a lot of money on these pants. I also used $30.00 dollars in Belk Rewards on suit pants that I am unable to wear.Business response

Belk store employees consistently ignore sale prices and do their best to cheat customers. They must be on commission. This has happened several times to me, most recently on July 19. The employee did not give me the Daily Deal Discount that was advertised all over the store, then scampered away before I realized I had been overcharged by $35. I finally located another employee who proceeded to give me a credit that he calculated in his head rather than cancelling the original sale and starting from scratch. The millennial kid with marginal math skills ended up shortchanging me again. It's not so much the $2.68 that Belk still owes me as it is the principle of the thing. They need to hire ethical, honest employees. But what really upsets me and the reason for this complaint is that the Belk corporate office says there's nothing they can do about it. Instead, they say it's a store issue. They can't be serious. If that's the best they can do, now I want the $2.68 that Belk owes me.Business response

************** is the account owner of a Belk account. I, **************, called on behalf as her legal guardian in Florida to report fraudulent charges on her account in July. I submitted the requested paperwork to add my name to her account. I received the bill for August and Belk has added a service charge on top of the existing charges. Belk has blocked her account and will not discuss the charges with me. ***** is in a nursing home and does not have access to her account. I would like these charges dismissed. Order number ********** I received this order for two jackets. Upon receipt I noticed they had gone on sale for buy one get one free. I chatted in and asked if I would need to return those two jackets and reorder to get the buy one get one. I was told no I would not have to return them, that they would credit me for the one jacket a total of 73.66. I chatted back in today to find ask why the credit had not posted yet, and was told that there was no record of the chat, and that they wouldnt be able to honor that since the item wasnt buy one get one today. I asked to be escalated, when I asked a supervisor if she would honor the commitment previously promised she said she couldn't. I also have a second order, number*********** that had 4 items that were all listed as buy one get one, none of the prices were correct and were deserving of a 24.00 credit, I have also been told that they would not issue that credit and honor the ADVERTISED buy one get one.Business response
