      Board Game exchange is a monthly subscription service that lends out board games on a bi-monthly basis. I purchased a subscription in the middle of this year. Took a couple of weeks for them to respond and send me the games. The business model let's you select new games every two months, or after that if you want to keep your games longer. I emailed the company on September 24th, letting them know I was ready to return my games, and select new ones. The only way to return games is via email; They will email you in response and send the mailing slip. Followed up with them a week later on October 1st, requesting a response. I did not receive one, and will not likely do so, but I emailed them again on Oct. 6th letting them know that if I didn't hear a response I was liable to report the business. The main issue is. I am not getting the level of service I am paying for (I using this service in 2020, and the service was great) and the only way to terminate this service is to email them requesting to cancel the subscription. I am set to be charged on October 18th for games that I have and do not want. I would like to hear back from the company and to at least get another round of board games if they are willing to continue their service. if not then to cancel my subscription.

      I purchased a game from BoardGameCo on 6/16/22 that was listed as being in very good condition. When it arrived several days later, I inventoried the pieces and found that it was missing two. I reached out to their service department for resolution. They reached out a day or so later and offered a partial refund and I replied indicating that I had found the pieces via ebayand provided the amountthat it would be including shipping if I were to purchase them and I also provided which pieces were needed. They replied 5 days later with a picture that had circled which pieces that I needed. I confirmed they were correct and again waited for reply. Just before the 4th of July holiday, they replied that I should expect the pieces early the next week. I have made several attempts to get in touch with them but it has been fruitless. As a one off, it would be just bad service; however, I have done some further research via Reddit and BoardGameGeek (a board game forum) and it seems that they have a pattern of doing this. Since, I've requested that my bank reverse the charge but I don't want them to misrepresent games to anyone else. I've spent a lot of time and frustration dealing with them and don't want others to do so.
