He was articulate and professional while carefully explaining what needed to be done. His approach to providing service to address our needs was meticulous, professional and highly focused on quality results. We appreciate it!

Great customer ********************** and product. The team was in and out in less than a day. Each time I called for an installer to inspect my framing, they were here in less than 2 days. The best part of my garage conversion was this company and their staff. Dont cut corners on a cheaper product, you may regret it.Precision Garage Door Service

1 starMy experience was great until the sales person showed up at my home. That's when I realized this wasn't a good company. My garage door stopped working, so I called for a service. The person on the phone said they would send someone out to repair my door. They scheduled an appointment for today between 2 and 4 PM. I booked the appointment and left work because I didn't want my car sitting outside the garage all night.When the person, who I thought was the repairman, arrived, he immediately looked at my door and said, "We can't repair this type of door spring; we will have to replace all of the hardware for $1100." I was devastated. They never informed me that there are only certain types of doors this company can repair. I politely said that I was not ready to replace the hardware and just wanted the spring fixed. He said he couldn't do that and still needed to charge me a service fee.I believe this should be part of their screening process to ask, "What type of door do you have?" But it feels like a gimmick to get easy money. Very upsetting. This gentleman was at my home for 5 minutes, trying to upsell me to replace my door. This is horrible, I feel robed.Review fromSteve C

******************* gave ** same day service and could not have been more helpful. Spring was broken on our garage door l. We had to get the door up and get the cars out before he could start. He got the door up but one of our cars had a dead battery. He helped us get the car out of the garage and got everything fixed and running smoothly.
