      On July 1st I saw ******************* because I was having stomach pain. He scheduled a *** too see what was going on. After researching the cost of the **** I cancelled the appointment. ******************* also mentioned that it was time for my 5 yr. colonoscopy and asked if I would like to schedule this. I replied yes. ******************* asked if I had the *** done at the colonoscopy and I said no as it was to expensive. August 2nd. I have the colonoscopy performed and proceeded to get the bills and noticed that it was coded as diagnostic and not Preventative. I call the office to get this corrected starting on Oct 25th 2022 and have called 7 times to get help with this and I am getting no where. I left at least 3 messages with ************************ Clinical, *****, and she has not returned any of my phone calls. I see they have many claims for this very reason. I don't know who else to call to help me.
