Just had our HVAC system checked over and a renovation performed. Our servicer was thorough and efficient confirming he left with everything running well and cooling the house appropriately. I have used Morris Jenkins over the years and never once had any issues or concerns.

5 stars******* ******** with Morris Jenkins heating and Air came to our home for an initial check up for the first time on our HVAC system. He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. My first experience with Morris-Jenkins was excellent! The associate was professional, polite, knowledgable, and respectful. He simply explained my plumbing needs and presented a diagram along with his proposal. 5 starsMy wife and I having been using Morris-Jenkins for a very long time. We do the yearly service contract which brings them to our home at the beginning of the cooling season and at the beginning of the heating season. They check everything to make sure the system is operating at its best which saves us money and keeps us from having surprises during the year. Their tech's have been polite, well trained and on time. Morris Jenkins did my crawl space encapsulation. The guys did an incredible job. They always communicated with me and answered any of my questions. ****** ******** was excellent in giving me information and was always professional and courteous. You guys have done several jobs for me and have always done an excellent ******* are expensive. But your jobs have all been done right the first time. 5 stars**** was very professional, he assessed the situation and quickly began ruling out possible issues. He was courteous and patient with the little monsters some may call my children. After finding no remaining issues with my toilet, he solved my issue with the slow draining tub. He then proceeded to clearly go over options on better equipment which could reduce the likelihood of repeated issues. He also educated me on proper water heater maintenance and how to shut off my water in the event of another disaster, of which I was completely wrong about. I appreciate the work he did and the manner in which he did it. I'd recommend him to anyone needing this type of work.Review fromKathy P
