              I am writing on behalf of Myself(*****************************), *************************** and ***************************. We need your assistance with a closing date and proper repairs on the above property. In November 2022, we started the process to purchase said property. We submitted all documents immediately as requested and were told closing could take anywhere from 30 to 45 days. We are now going into 4 months and we havent closed. We are very disappointed with the entire process. The initial closing date was set for 2/5/23 and was postponed to 2/23/23 and now we do not have a closing date at all. 1/24/23 we had a walk thru with ****(Project Manager) and was very shock that the house needed several repairs. **** assured us all repairs would be completed by closing. On 2/23/23 thirty minutes prior to closing we did a what we thought was our final walk thru and the repairs were not completed. We fell in love with Mattamy homes and was expecting the same quality of workmanship as the Model home. 3/8/23, I did a walk thru with **** and to me it appeared as they covered everything with a flat white paint. There are two major cracks on the garage floor that were not resolved. Molding falling off the cabinets, stairs unfinished, dusty, molding poorly cut, dishwasher improperly installed etc. The neighbors have similar complaints. POOR workmanship throughout the house.

              Mattamy Homes stands as a paragon of excellence in the home construction industry, and I enthusiastically endorse them to prospective homeowners. The team at Mattamy Homes surpass my expectations, living up to their core values and transforming each house into a home that radiates warmth and welcome upon completion. Their commitment is evident from the outset. My experience post-construction, extending beyond any warranty period, showcased their readiness to resolve significant issues, notably when I faced a deadlock with the *** over a community remediation with my property and the easement which the *** is responsible for maintaining. I wish to particularly acknowledge the response after contacting Mattamys CEO, ************. Following our communication, I was promptly contacted by Mr. ******************** Vice President of Construction. ************** took the time to personally engage with me to address my concerns. My appeal for aid was met with swift and effective resolution. Without Mattamys involvement, the likelihood of achieving such a satisfactory resolution would have been uncertain. Mattamys consistent fulfillment of their promises and service, coupled with their proactive approach, has solidified my confidence in their integrity as a builder.
