ALL my information has been keyed in there system as if I on payed on two accounts on different dates, I never pay my accounts two different dates I pay them together now she claims I'm missing two payments because I don't have my receipts she is demanding I pay these accounts All my family's information was wrong as wellBusiness response

Ive been with American National Insurance since the early 2000. Ive always paid my premiums but for the last 1 1/2 or more Ive been having problems with payments. They cant keep a steady agent. I started dealing with the Manager named *******. I spoke to him many times and we resolved the issues. Then get a letter in the mail stating Im behind on 2 policies. Then the problem occurs again. Come to find out ******* resigned. One minute the same Im late and the next minute they say Im behind and then they turn around and say Im up to date. Ive been pay the same amount for 3 policies for them to tell me that one of my policies has lapsed but Im still paying the same amount for three but I only have 2. Ive been reaching out to them and all they say is Ill check it out and get back with you and no response. I kept calling and he then tells me Ill have my manager call you. Once again never heard from her. I call again and then he says ** going to get with her. Three days later he calls me back and gives me her number so I called her it goes straight to voicemail. I called her back the next day and the day after and still no response. So I called ************** back and he tells me he dont know what happened.Customer response
