Bought a chainsaw still under warranty with an extended warranty. It's still under the original warranty. The chainsaw quit working we got a hold of Husqvarna and nothing. They sent us to some lawn mower shop 40 miles away. We took it there and they said they knew nothing about it and sent us back home. 80 mile wasted trip. Got a hold of Husqvarna again now they are trying to send us farther to ************. We are not going to make the trip just to get turned away again. Told them to send us a shipping label and would ship it to wherever they want it to go and nothing. Now they won't return our messages and now we are stuck with a broken chainsaw still under original warranty. If I hold on to it for a year then the extended warranty would kick in and they would take care of it. We should not have to do any of that stuff. Husqvarna should be handling it and they are not doing a **** thing. Absolutely nothing and the Husqvarna corporation is absolutely worthless and won't stand behind their products or have any corporate morals. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANYTHING HUSQVARNA MAKES. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE C*** AND SO IS THE CORPORATION. TOTALLY WORTHLESS

Lord where to start! We have a ST 230P Snowblower. the drive control cable needs to be replaced. Where do we go? Why the Husqvarna website of course! After and hour and a half on chat with them, and referencing OTHER websites, I finally had to call the local guy who services Husqvarna. HE struggled with the website too! Finally thought we had it figured....NOPE. Got sent the wrong parts. Turns out, they also DONT LIKE RETURNS. just spent ANOTHER 1 1/2hrs on the stupid chat, and had to demand a callto TALK to someone. They kept trying to tell me they would send me the part I already ordered. Finally TALK to someone. I added the parts LITERALLY from the diagram list for our snowblower, so tried to explain that something must be wrong with the website..I was told that the problem would be escalated to the escalation department and that my parts would be refunded. I also informed them that the part that I was told last time was NOT the part I needed, actually MIGHT be it...BUT i had to look up a picture of it on a DIFFERENT PARTS WEBSITE! The only "picture" of the part that Husqvarna has is of the box it comes in!! I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING Husqvarna again. Their website is ****, customer service *****, and their part numbers dont match your equipment! I agree thatcustomer service doesnt actually want to help, they just kind of brush you off. I now get to wait on a different email from the escalation department. NEVER. EVER. AGAIN. IF you DO buy a Husqvarna WHATEVER, DO NOT source parts from THEM. I expected SOOOOOOOOO MUCH MORE from as big a name as Husqvarna.

I have purchased many products from Husqvarna over the years and I have always been satisfied with the build and quality. I purchased a backpack blower 150BT back in May of 2024 and I have had nothing but issues with it. Within the first couple of months, the cable in the handle that controls the throttle broke. I reached out to customer service and they wanted me to purchase the whole handle assembly, no thanks! I fixed it instead and it was fine. A few months later it started to run rough to the point where it wasn't useable, once again I contacted customer service and they gave me a list of authorized dealers that could possibly service it under warranty. The closest shop was a little under and hour away, but I took it there anyways because I needed it fixed. When I got there they informed me that any gas related issues, the warranty doesn't cover. They took it and said they would get back to me when they had a chance to take a look at it. A week later they called and said that they ran some diagnostics test and that everything checked out and that they figured it was a carburetor issues, but that they had contacted Husqvarna and they wouldn't cover it. So I picked it up (because I wasnt going to spend over $150 to get it maybe fixed) and I ordered a carburetor and installed it myself. It didn't fix the issue so I once again contacted customer service, and they informed me that I needed to once again take it back and have the dealer take a look at it. I think this is absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer service. Like I said, I have spent thousands of dollars' worth of Husqvarna equipment over the years and I will never buy another thing again.

Longtime customer and fan. But, their 125B leaf blower is a huge scam. Don't know if they were victims of bad parts, bad production run or if it's some kind of corporate ******. Based on my experience, many online customer reviews with eerily similar stories and conversations with small engine mechanics, the 125B last less than a season. At a price of $200, a 2-year warranty and the past good reputation of Husqvarna the expectations are many years of carefree service. The **** is all warranty repairs are denied, usually for improper fuel mix. All reputable 2-cycle oil brands are packaged so that it's extremely difficult to get the wrong oil/gas ratio. Most conscientious owners use ethanol-free gasoline. And since I, and most owners use the same fuel mix in several 50-1 2-cycle tools and have for years, the chances of it being the cause of internal engine failure in the first 10 hours is statistically impossible. Authorized service centers don't mind because most sell multiple competitive brands, They are happy to tell you how inferior Husqvarna 125B is and they can sell you a better competitive brand for less than the repair bill on the 125B. The number of negative reviews for 2024 produced models with the same story is remarkable. I'm hoping someone will start a class-action lawsuit. This is no coincidence.

Husqvarna uses Authorized Servicing Dealers and the Dealers relay their findings to the Husqvarna Technical Support Team. If the claim was denied due to improper fuel the decision was made based upon their findings during the Diagnosis/Break Down of the Unit. Husqvarna backs every product that we sell and our Warranty Process outlines the concerns that are not covered.

I purchased ST224 Snow blower it's to be self-propelled, wheels will not engage forward backwards, given several authorized dealers to simply resolve the issue, I called all three two stated that they did not services Husqvarna snow blowers the other one did not answer, I text the service center, the information that I was given and received three more all are at least an hour to and from where I live, also the information that I was give my their representee could have cause me to violate my warranty as I explain to him the I had just purchased it on 12/04/2024. To have a warranty that not going to service my needs is very unprofessional on this company part. No one will be willing to travel over an hour one way and an hour back no matter who I call to fix it. I know firsthand that I would be charged a service fee to which I not willing nor should I have to pay. what a waste of my time and money on this product. I have a DEAD stick sitting in my garage. ******

I've had many Husqvarna chainsaws weed eaters etc over the years and they used to be my favorite. That being said I just purchased a brand new 545 **** II chainsaw from ************** also purchased a 525L string trimmer. The 5:45 **** II was broken from day one the side cover broke. I did not unbox this chainsaw till about 33 days after purchasing it and they would not let me return it. That said I ordered a new cover for $115 I used the chainsaw on one tree well then that cover broke so I ordered another $115 cover and when it came in and I'm getting ready to go now the saw will not crank. That is nearing $1,000 purchase that I've not been able to use very much at all I cut the one tree with it and that was it. The 525L trimmer bogs down and cuts off so frequently that I don't even try to use it anymore. I try to reach out for assistance customer service basically told me that you need to run 6 to 10 tanks of fuel through the saw then once it does run the 6 to 2:10 tanks through the saw you need to bring it into the local repair shop and let them s**** with it. Unbelievable. Unreal. Unfathomable. I just wanted to say those words I don't really feel like it's that hard to believe or anything because this product is junk these days.. If I could get this resolved, I would like to exchange both of the items for new ones. I just want to be able to trim my trees and weedeat my lawn. I do not feel that's too much to ask considering the fact that I spent around $1,500 on these two items for them not to work at all. Then add to it customer service was terrible and from what I recall Husqvarna customer service used to be awesome.
