      For two years, I have been trying to unsubscribe from text and email advertising from WORX. I can find no way to do it. I have spoken to two of their representatives who have promised to remove me and they have not done so. Please help; this is maddening!

      Purchased a blower/vacuum system from Worx.com. The item arrived missing a critical part. This company has NO human order support. The unit does not do the job for which it was purchased without the part. There is no one at the company to answer the phone and they send all inquiries back to the website.

      I called ****************** when we received his complaint to the CA Attorney General which was the first indication of an issue. I was required to leave a voice message as ****************** did not answer my call. We located the call record  of the call ****************** made to us.. He was on the call for 41 seconds when he hung up which is not enough time for an agent to answer. ****************** also says we have no live support on our web site. I am including screenshots of the call record and of our chat interface from our website. To chat with one of our live agents, the customer will go through our Mavenoid Self Help feature first and if unable to find an appropriate answer the customer will arrive at live chat. We are happy to assist in replacing any necessary parts. We will need to know the issue ****************** is experiencing, the serial number from his Trivac and we will need him to verify his complete address.

      I placed an order for $409.57 and they charged me $1276.20. Contacted them and they said they charge full price and when it ships the discounts come off. NO. They tied up over $600 in my account with no adequate reason, no apology and only refunded shipping.

      On Oct 22 I purchased a 29 volt battery. Had problems processing the order and receiving confirmation of the purchase. Next day discovered the order went thru 3 time at 3 different prices. Called the company and informed them of the problem. Was told refund was issued. Than fed x arrived with 3 boxes I sent 2 back.       I was sent email with discounts on robot lawnmower. I try to make purchase online use the code I was sent and purchase looked like it work it bill my credit card several times.
