    I was a customer 2 times. The first time there was a price increase mid way through my treatment with little explanation. It was very unclear when you where to be billed and for what amount. At the time they said they were creating a new customer portal and try to update visibility on the billing etc. I re-enrolled again in February of 2024 which was easy. I got my first prescription for 3 months. When it was time to refill it turned out that the medical practitioner had been replaced but there was not a notification or follow up with me, nor was I notified. Because of the switch I didn't not get my medication which is an issue for perceiptions. I waited 3 months and finally emailed support again. I cancelled the agreement again and then to be fair was refunded the subscription fee for 3 months. **************** was very responsive I just think they dont have a great back office or system to run the actual program they are trying to create. It appears this is a Florida clinic thats tried to develop a national brand but does not have the logistical support to provide the service as presented. Good people poor execution.
